Spencers POV

Both women stop whatever they were saying mid sentence and look over to me.

I don't know if Nat forgot that I was sleeping in our room still or that I live here, but she kind of looks like she's seen a ghost.

Unless..?

      I pinch myself.

      Nah, I'm real.

They're both just standing there like deer caught in headlights. And they look a little guilty about something?

"Morning Nat. What's going on?" I try to get her to tell me something.

"Um.." Nat starts, but it doesn't go anywhere.

Great, I guess I'll try Carol.

"Carol, not that I don't love the surprise, but what're you doing here?"

She looks over to Nat, I see Nat give her a bit of a death stare. Then she looks back to me.

     "Well, I.."

"She was leaving," Nat cuts her off.

I raise my eyebrows. Clearly they're trying to keep something from me. Not today. Not in my house.

"Uhuh. Yeah, I don't think you can sneak my ex girlfriend randomly showing up at my house in Russia and arguing with my girlfriend at 9:30 in the morning as you two just catching up, so please, spill the tea," I say as I take a seat on the lounge chair. I'm getting comfortable. I have a feeling this might take a while.

Nothing good can really come from your ex and current girlfriend arguing. Well, okay, that's not necessarily true..

They're staring each other down. Oo, who will break first? My money is on Carol. One, because Nat is an ex spy for Russia. Two, because I know how quickly Carol caves..

Three, because Nat only gives in when I give her that look.

The puppy dog eyes! Obviously thats where I was going with this..

      So what're we wagering? $20?

"Okay, as adorable as it is seeing you two look lovingly at each other, I still don't have any answers."

Yup, I knew that would break both of them. They snapped their heads away from each other so fast, they definitely got whiplash.

"Great. So I actually have your attention. I'm not sure how else I can word this, but I'll try one more time. Why on earth are you two arguing at 9:30 in the morning? Or at all. Or here. Give me something."

Carol talks first. You owe me $20.

Fine. Fine. I won't make you pay it.

"Well, I wanted to come tell you in person that we had a break through. We were able to track one of their main locations to Venezuela where we found.."

I hold up my hand, "hold up. What the hell are you talking about?" I feel like I'm missing part of this conversation.

Carol gives me a weird look. "Uh, the group we have been tracking? The ones that shot at us? We've spent the last few weeks trying to find their scientists?"

Well, well, well. Isn't that interesting.

"Huh." I purse my lips. "You mean you didn't find them all at the first location?"
