"Is this what you were looking for?" I turned to the man holding a small object in his hand. "Yes. That's the one. Thank you...Now...how the bloody hell am I gonna do this?" I said handing a wad of cash to the man. "It's very beautiful. Might I ask who it belonged to?" The clerk asked. "Old family friend. She gave it to me before she died." I said. "My condolences. Word of advice if I may?" He asked. "Of course." I stated. "It's not an easy task. But...once you do it...you'll feel the weight of the world lifted off of your shoulders." The clerk said. I smiled looking at the item in my hand. "I've been known to bear the burden of the world on my shoulders. It's always been my biggest problem." I said. "Now you'll have someone to share the burden with." He said with a kind smile. "Hopefully." I said. "It depends." I added. "On what?" He asked. "On whether she's says yes or not." I said with a quick smile before leaving the store. The man chuckled with a smile as I left.

I sat in a leather chair staring at the small velvety black object sitting in my left palm. "A thousand years ago, we three made an eternal vow." Klaus announced. I glanced up at him. "To protect each other, always and forever. Freya...Stiles, that vow now includes the both of you. As it includes my daughter. She is my heart and soul. Right now she's out there, alone in the darkness, fighting. We can't give up. So I'm begging you--all of you--if there's any chance..." Klaus said. "I think I know a way to save her." Vincent interjected. I looked over at the witch. "Anything." Nik stated. "If we go this route, this is gonna be the end of your family. This is gonna be the end of always and forever." Vincent pointed out. I looked around at my siblings. I shoved the small item back into my jacket pocket.

"The Hollow has been haunting New Orleans for centuries. It's an unending evil. It's appetite for power is insatiable. And that's what attracted it to your little girl." Vincent said pointing at Klaus. "You said there was a way to save her." Klaus said. "There is. But I'm gonna tell you right now, you are not gonna like my plan." Vincent stated. "Step one: we pull the Hollow out of Hope. Step teo: we find someplace else to put it. But with the book gone, I need a place that's both powerful and eternal. And in order to make the transition work, I'm gonna need something that's connected to Hope through blood." Vincent explained. "You need a vampire. You want to put the Hollow into one of my siblings." Freya stated. "Uh, one ain't gonna cut it. I'm gonna need four of them." Vincent countered. I stood up from my chair. "Why four of us?" I asked. "Well, 1,500 years ago, when the Hollow was first killed, they divided her remains. Four bones, four volunteers, four different locations. That's how we're going to beat the Hollow now." Vincent instructed. "Transfer the Hollow's power into four immortal vampires." Freya stated. "And just send us on our way." Rebekah added. "So the evil is drawn, quartered and separated for all time." Klaus finished. "And you have to go your separate ways, and you have to stay separate. For all time. We can never see each other again. Can never go near each other again. That is the only way that we're gonna beat the Hollow." Vincent ranted. I fidgeted with the small black box in my pocket. "Well, if it'll save my little girl, then we will make it so." Klaus stated. I looked up from a point on the floor as I took my hand out of my pocket. I left the group of unnoticed in complete silence through the shadows.
