I sat in a bar and looked over to see Davina at the counter looking a bit glum. I downed my whiskey and sat next to her. "Why the long face, Sabrina?" I asked. She looked up at me. "Marcel send you here to talk to me or did Vincent?" She asked bitterly. "I'm here for my own personal reasons, thank you very much." I countered. "Really?" She asked squinting her eyes. "Yes. Trying to drown my sorrows away so I can try to save my family from a prophecy that foretells each of them being slaughtered." I said. "What?" She asked. "No need to involve you in this, Ms. Claire. Less people equals less casualties. And I happen to somewhat like you. Even if you did try to kill me a few months back." I said. "Never did apologize for that." She replied. "You don't have to. What you can do is tell me...why you're at a bar?" I asked leaning towards her and whispered in her ear. "I had a fight with Marcel and Vincent. I killed someone and now I'm no longer the Regent of New Orleans." She explained. "That's a bit dramatic, now innit?" I asked raising a brow. "I think the witches don't condone my involvement with the vampires." She said. "This is why I hate bloody feuds. It's always a stalemate. Nobody ever wins...usually. Recently, Marcel has become a bit too overzealous about what happens with the witches of this city. That's probably why they don't like you very much at the moment." I stated with a sigh. "I just realized how much you remind me of Kol." She said. "Well...he is my brother." I answered before my phone rang. I took it out and saw the caller ID. "Niklaus. How's it--" I started. "You were right." Klaus said interrupting me. "You'll need to be more specific, I'm right about a lot of things." I said squinting my eyes with a smirk. "It's Camille. She's missing." Klaus with a sense of worry in his voice. My smile disappeared. "What do you mean she's missing?" I asked standing up. "She was with Lucien and now she's gone." He explained. "Wait what? Lucien? Why the bloody hell was she with Lucien?!" I asked confused. Lucien was using her to search a dark object from her family archive. The point is I need to find her. I need your help...please." He answered. "What did we talk about, Nik? I'll always help you. You don't need to ask for it." I said before hanging up. I turned around to see Davina. "Excuse me, love...but Klamille is in dire need of a rescue." I said bouncing my eyebrows before paying the bill and leaving a 100 dollar tip. I exited the bar and headed back to the compound.
