During the daytime.
Tessa slowly blinks then eventually opens her eyes. Tessa searches her surroundings then tries to sit up, waking Dannie in the process.
Dannie jumps up from her sleep to tell Tessa," You have to lay down."
"What happened?" Tessa asked bewildered.
"Just stay here. I'm going to let Alex know you're awake." Dannie told Tessa before leaving.
Dannie returns with Alex and Alan behind her.
"Where's Lacey and Ren?" Tessa asked Alex.
Alex took a deep breathe and said,"They were taken by Leon."
"What!" Tessa shouted sitting up on the bed.
Dannie rushed over to Tessa, helping her to sit up.
"You have to get them back! I have to get them back!" Tessa replied in a frenzy.
"We'll do our best to get them back." Alex stated firmly to reassure Tessa.
Shortly after Raiyen enters the room as if gravity is pulling her in.
"Are you alright?" Raiyen asked in a soft voice.
Tessa is too distraught that Lacey and Ren were kidnapped to answer Raiyen.
