Rebecca POV

We ran up the stairs to the apartment and dropped the dogs leads as we got inside. We can take them off later. We got to the roof access when I stopped josh.

"Hold on." He looked at me anxiously. He knows I have an infinite amount of revenge plots in my head at all times. "Does the house key unlock the door from the roof?" I asked. If never noticed before, there was no need to.

Josh shook his head no, "the roof access doesn't unlock from outside. Only from in, you can only lock it from the inside too. Just so you can't get stuck out there without someone in here to help." He said then laughed to himself, "which is really a jackass move in whoever designed the buildings part, I mean someone inside could just lock out whoever was-"

He looked at me with an evil gleam in his eye. I nodded and reached out and locked the door before skipping back downstairs.

I went and took the leads off of Bennie and ivy and hooked them back up by the door. Then I went over to the fridge to grab a coke. I suddenly felt arms wrap around me from behind, "you really are a little evil genius, aren't you." Josh said as he placed his chin on my shoulder as I looked in the fridge for a pop.

I nodded and pushed him off me, "and there really was ice in that water wasn't there? damn you're cold!"

Josh laughed and pulled me into a hug, "and you're warm. Mmm so warm." He sighed to himself. I continued to try and push him off me but failed.

Then the buzzer rang, "josh. I have to answer the buzzer. Or you do. But either way you have to let go." He just shook his head before scooping me up and throwing me over his shoulder and walking to his phone so I could answer the call. I just laid limp over his shoulder as he handed me the phone, "hello. Center of douchebaggery, you've reached the voicemail of the president. How may I help you?"

Josh smacked my leg and I tried to kick him. I heard laughter on the other end, "what the heck?" oh mikes here, "ugh it's me, Megan and Tristan. the president invited us over." He said still laughing.

"Ok haha come on up." I said before letting them in and hanging up. "Josh, Mike Megan and Tristan are here."

He nodded, "yeah. I invited them to hang in the hot tub."

I nodded, "so you wanna put me down? I'm getting light headed." It was true. The blood was rushing to my head.

"Hmm. No thanks, I'm kinda liking the view." You could hear the smirk in his voice as he said that. I started smacking his back and kicking my legs around as the door opened.

Mike and Megan appeared with Tristan behind them, "uhm. What's going on here?" Megan asked.

My head shot in their direction, "help I'm in an abusive relationship!"

Josh turned around so he could look at them, "you are?! she was trying to kick me in the face not one minute ago!"

"Only because you picked me up and threw me over your shoulder!"

Mike intervened here, "ok. Becca, stop trying to kick josh in the face. Josh, put Becca down." Josh walked over to the couch, turned around and dropped me back onto it.

"Thanks." I said as I sat up. He nodded smirking.

Megan laughed, "this happen often?"

I nodded, "at least once a week."

She laughed, "so. Hot tub?" she asked.

Josh and I looked at each other and started laughing. "Hey Tristan? can you do me a favor?" Josh asked bending down to Tristan's level. He nodded. "Great. Can you just go unlock the door to the roof?" Tristan nodded again and ran up the stairs. Josh pulled me toward the music room, "if they ask. We aren't here." He said before locking us in and turning off the light. I started laughing, "shut up. Are you trying to get us caught?!" he whisper yelled.

I smiled, "i can't. Something about this is making me laugh." Josh rolled his eyes and smirked before leaning in and kissing me. He kissed me for a good five minutes. I heard Dylan and Brennan come down pissed. I heard mike and Meg tell them that we went to hide at the dog park. I even heard the front door close. But all I could focus on was josh. He always has this effect on me. He can distract me from anything just by kissing me. I can forget the world with him.

We finally broke apart when someone lightly knocked on the door. I went over and opened it. Mike was on the other side, "Meg's upstairs helping Tristan into his suit. You guys coming?" he asked.

I nodded and we headed upstairs to go get changed. We got into our room and I grabbed one of my bikinis from the drawer, "hey josh?" I asked. He turned around from his drawer and looked at me. "Why did I have to be quiet? the music room is soundproof from the outside. You can't hear anything."

He smirked, "I know. Just wanted to see if that would work. It did." I smacked his arm again.

I rolled my eyes, "you know. If you wanted to make out. You could've just said so." I smiled.

"Yeah yeah. But where's the fun in that?" he laughed.

"Whatever. I'm gonna go change." I said heading toward the bathroom. I will change in front of Josh as long as I have a bra and underwear on. I figure it's the same as a bikini. But if I'm changing into a bikini...

"You could just change in here." He smirked.

"Oh you're on a roll today!" I said as I closed the bathroom door. I could hear him laughing as I pulled my top off.

Josh POV

Mike and Megan have been here for about an hour now. I just got back upstairs from using the washroom in time to hear porcelain tell Megan she should go shopping with her and Nicole tomorrow.

"Hey Megan?" she looked toward me, "can I talk to you for a second?"

She nodded and we made our way back inside. "What up buttercup?"

I took a breath, "I'm about to tell you something. And what I tell you you can't tell anyone. Not mike - not Nicole. And especially not porcelain."

She nodded. "Okay?"

I took a deep breath again. "I have a plan to ask her to marry me. But I don't know what size ring she is. I have everything else planned but the ring. And I was wondering if tomorrow you could try to casually ask her what ring size she is." I said.

She stared at me blankly for a second. Then squealed. I'm happy I brought her downstairs or they would've heard. "Eek yes! of course I will! congratulations!" she said giving me a hug.

"She hasn't said yes yet." I said lightly hugging her back.

"But she will. And don't worry. I think I know exactly how to ask in a way no one will suspect." She smiled.

I did too. This is all coming together, "great. Now wipe that smile off your face. And help me get the iced tea so it doesn't look like I dragged you down here for nothing." She nodded and grabbed the glasses while I grabbed the pitcher.

Only 6 more weeks and I can see if she'll really say yes.
