It was a typical morning in the office filled with therapy sessions, follow up appointments and paperwork. There was nothing out of the ordinary until Raina, who was just heading out for lunch, finds Kabir Varma sitting on a couch in the clinic waiting room. Kabir's appointments were usually on Thursdays and it was only a Tuesday. Raina couldn't help but worry if there was something wrong with him. She then quietly walked up to the receptionist, confused as to why no one had informed her of his arrival.

"What is he doing here?" Raina asked the receptionist.

"He said he wanted to see you," the receptionist replied. "But he doesn't have an appointment and his name wasn't in our patient log. I was going to let you know but he said he wanted it to be a surprise."

A surprise? What was Kabir playing at?

Before anyone could get another word out, Dr. Malhotra hastily dragged Raina back to her office by her arm.

"Dr. Malhotra?" Raina asked, startled by his sudden appearance and actions. "Kya hua?" (What happened?)

He hushed her as he peeked through creak of the slightly ajar door. Raina couldn't help but wonder what was going on. When he was satisfied, Dr. Malhotra gently shut the door and faced her.

"I need you to be honest with me," he told her. "Are you involved with Kabir Varma?"

"Involved?" Raina asked, confused. "Of course I'm involved, I'm his doctor. Dr. Malhotra what is this about?"

"I don't mean that, I meant..."

Before Dr. Malhotra could finish explaining himself, the door burst open, almost toppling them over.

"Sir, you can't go in..."

Raina looks up to see the receptionist trying to usher out Kabir, who upon seeing Raina, was grinning from ear to ear.

"It's ok," Raina told the receptionist. "He's a patient of mine."

"Ji, (Yes)" the receptionist answered and left the room, shutting the door behind her.

"Sirf (Only) patient?" Kabir asked, sounding a bit hurt. "I thought we were more than that?"

Dr. Malhotra's eyes widen at his statement.

"Dekho..." (Look...) Raina started before getting cut off by Kabir.

"Main toh vahi kar raha hoon," (That's what I'm doing) Kabir answered as he gave her a flirtatious look. Raina rolled her eyes. "Oh, mere jaaneman!" (Oh,  my beloved!)

"Mmm... Mr. Varma," Dr. Malhotra sputtered, finally muster the courage to speak. "What a pleasure to have you here."

"Oh buddhe (old man)," he said. "If you find me a 'pleasure', you wouldn't have made me wait out there for such a long time... Aur yeh kya? (And what is this?)" Kabir then motioned to Dr Malhotra who was still grabbing onto Raina's arm. Dr. Malhotra lets go of her arm instantly, he had not realized that he been holding on for far longer than he expected. "Mere girlfriend ki saath kya kar raha tha?" (What are you doing with my girlfriend?)
