"Let's do this!" I say, but Scott slumps in his seat.
"No," he says. "No way. I'll die."
I swat his arm playfully. "No you won't, silly," I say. "C'mon! You want to make me, RJ, happy. Right?" I drag him (literally) to the roller coaster line.
Scott gets motion sickness, but I guess I don't care. I want someone to go on the ride with me. Who cares if he barfs? Possibly the person in front or below, but...he won't, right? Yeah, I'm right.
Scott sighs. Again.
We sit down, and soon the ride starts. There's a big drop, a sharp turn, and a loop. I'm so happy, I'm in my zone.
Scott grabs my arm. He's a bit green. At least the ride is done.
He throws up when we get outside to go home.
"Oh my goodness," I say, patting his back awkwardly. "I'm sorry I dragged you on that ride!"
"It's fine," he says. I give him a piece of gum and a napkin and he freshens up. "It was a little fun." He soon admits.
I smile and hook my arm through his. "That's the spirit, Scott!" I say. "This beats working at the Baskin Robins, right? They know everything..."
Scott snorts, and we head home.
