Young!Charles:

He'd have his arms wrapped around you, and his chin on your head. (This is with the serum)

He doesn't want you to leave him, so he'd have his arms around your waist and you'd have your back against his chest.

Ant Man:

He'd have his arm as your pillow, and your arm is draped over his chest.

You both lay on your stomachs, and he has an arm on your back.

Cyclops:

He'd lay on his side, and you'd lay on your stomach. He'd have an arm as your pillow.
