He'd lay on his back, with your head on his chest. He'd have an arm around you.

You lay your head on his arm, on your stomach. He'd lay on his back.

Clint:

He'd hold you close, laying on his back. You'd be laying on your side, head on his chest.

Bruce:

You lay side by side with your hands intertwined.

Natasha:

You both lay on your side facing each other.

Loki:

He'd lay on his side, and you'd lay on your back. He'd have an arm around your waist.

Bucky:

You both lay on your sides, both of your arms around you both.

Pietro:

You'd have your arms around his stomach and head on his chest. He'd be laying on his back with his arm around your shoulder.

Wanda:

You'd both hug each other.
