Note: I'm now back with Death Battle. I've decided to make RWBY watch four episodes tonight since Godzilla vs Gamera seems to be a big hit to you fans so I've decided to make it a final for RWBY on this night.

(Friday)
The girls have woken up from their slumber as they head to class like it's your average day.
During breakfast. JNPR and CFVY were in the cafeteria as they ate with RWBY. CFVY admitted they started liking the show of Death Battle for the first time and loved many of the episodes.
CFVY admitted many of the episodes are great and they all have their favorites. Velvet mostly likes Yoshi due to his cute appearance and can still kick ass while being cute. Coco just flat outs loves Samus at how badass the bounty hunter is with her armor and weapon. Yatsuhashi doesn't say much but he respects Haggar and Zangief. Fox remains quiet but he does like how badass many of the characters are.
JNPR has enjoyed a lot of the episodes too. He-Man was indeed a manly guy that caused the girls to blush. Ren and Jaune wished they were that buff….. And Pyrrha and Nora even imagined their boys dressed like He-Man. Lion-O was also cool that Jaune wanted the Sword of Omens. They did not appreciate either Bison or Shao Kahn in how evil they are and what they have done. Ryu s Strider was also an awesome episode they have enjoyed with awesome ninjas fighting with awesome swords and ninja techniques.
After classes, Ruby decides to go to downtown Vale on her own while her other three teammates handle their training.
Ruby was now in a Dust shop and reading some recent weapon magazines. She's excited that the Schnee Dust company are taking great measures in inventing new kinds of awesome weapons and tools for hunters and huntresses alike.
"Ruby!"
Ruby turned around and sees Penny standing there with a smile on her face.
"Penny!" Ruby yelled. Both ran towards each other for a hug but Penny tackled Ruby into the floor, since her body is made of metal and Penny was a little TOO happy to see her closest and only friend.
"Ooooowwwww." Ruby muttered. This isn't the last time this would happen to her.
Penny got back up and helped Ruby to her feet. She's happy to see Ruby again and wants to enjoy every moment she can before she has to go back and before her father and Ironwood get suspicious she's gone for that long.
"I'm so happy to see you again!" Penny said in excitement.
"Yeah….me too." Ruby finished in slight soreness from Penny's impact. She wanted to share all she's seen recently. So she took Penny to a nearby cafe as they talked about what they've seen while they were separate for a while. However, Ruby suddenly remembered the dreaded nightmare of Penny falling victim to the Roboenza virus and becoming a blood thirsty killing machine. Not to mention another nightmare had Penny getting snared by her own wires that control her swords and torn to pieces.
"Penny…. I'm worried for you." Ruby said worriedly.
Penny raised an eyebrow but the tone in Ruby's voice sounds like she's concerned for her.
"Then tell me what you are worried about, my friend." Penny replied.
After nearly 10 minutes of explaining about the Death Battle DVDs they found last week and one episode including a virus that affects machines and turns them violent, Penny was a bit surprised by this and even felt concerned. Not to mention feeling intrigued with this Death Battle show.
"It's okay Ruby." Penny said with a smile. Ruby was confused but continued to listen.
"Let's go somewhere else." Penny took Ruby to a quieter area where no one is around.
"When my father created me, he was also aware of the risks of me being infected or hacked by outside hackers or viruses. So he has given me the most protective and strongest hardware and software in me so, therefore, I cannot be infected or hijacked.
Ruby felt relieved and happy that Penny's father would also give some protective hardware and software for Penny.
"You're dad must really love you." Ruby said.
Penny nodded in happiness.
Now that Penny is interested in Death Battle. Ruby promises to Penny that Penny will borrow a few episodes. So when Ruby got back to Beacon, she managed to get the first 10 episodes after CFVY had theirs. Now CFVY gets the next ten for tonight while JNPR gets the next three RWBY watched last night.
Time for the next battle.
RWBY is now sitting in their couch with snacks again as they wonder who is gonna battle tonight.
(Cue Invaders — Jin Johnston)
Wiz: With the dragon slain and the princess rescued, the hero revels in gold, glory, and cake.
"Ah yes. That's what Yang read in the stories for me." Ruby said as both sisters chuckled the good old times of reading stories of heroes slaying monsters and saving humanity for the greater good.
Boomstick: But they couldn't have done it without a little help.
Wiz: The sidekick. The people's champion would be lost without their number 2..
There are also stories that Ruby and Yang read mentioned the sidekick. Though, it varied how competent or incompetent they are. Some are just as heroic and brave as the person they follow…. Others are just bumbling plucky comic reliefs that are just meant for the comedy and humor. But either way, the sidekick is (mostly) extremely loyal to the person he/she looks up to, to prove they are worthy sidekicks.
Wiz: Such as Luigi, Mario's younger brother.
"Younger brother?" RWBY all said with interest. They didn't know Mario had a brother.
Boomstick: And Tails the fox, Sonic's deformed flying stalker.
"And a fox that tags along with Sonic." Yang added. "This ought to be good."
Wiz: Now we have already proven that standard Mario and Sonic series power ups perfectly counter each other. So, to not waste time, we're giving these second strings only what is unique to them.
"True. Since it would just be the same if they used the power-ups Mario and Sonic already used." Blake said.
Boomstick: He's Wiz and I'm Boomstick.
Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win a Death Battle.
The first combatant no doubt makes RWBY consider this combatant is Mario's younger twin brother. He looks almost identical to Mario with similar features; including brown hair, blue eyes, a bulbous nose, a well groomed mustache and even the same looking attire. The only difference is that he appears taller and thinner in body structure. His mustache seems more smooth looking compared to Mario's slightly bumpy edges on the bottom of his mustache. And his shirt and hat are green with an "L" insignia on it.

Wiz: After clobbering koopas, besting Bowser, and saving the princess, who gets all the credit?
Boomstick: Mario, of course.
"Wait. What?" RWBY all said confused. They seen Mario being the hero and such and now Both Wiz and Boomstick are claiming the credit actually goes to Luigi?
Boomstick: Leaving his lanky brother with rejected sloppy seconds.
"Okay. Now I don't know which is true; Mario is the hero who won the credit, rather than stealing it. Or Luigi is the one who is the hero. I can't decide." Weiss finished.
They decided to just roll with it and see if any more info could support this claim.
(Cues New Super Luigi U — Main Theme)
Wiz: No doubt, Luigi has it rough. Despite being born as one of the Seven Star Children born for greatness, it's not easy being second fiddle to the most popular character in video game history.
RWBY, especially Weiss, could understand that. While she does love her sister, Winter, Weiss sometimes thinks Winter overshadows her and even thinks her own father likes Winter better. It brings some frustration on the heiress, sometimes, especially since Winter is more trained and has some abilities Weiss has yet to learn. Still, she loves her sister and tries her best to impress her.
Wiz: Yet, he doesn't seem to mind.
"Well at least he's happy and not jealous." Ruby said to try to lighten the mood."
Wiz: Like a good sidekick, Luigi exists only to help Mario. Never asking for his own slice of the cake.
"And that doesn't really sound fair, either." Blake finished.

Boomstick: So he's pretty much a slave.
RWBY narrowed their eyes and frowned.
"I wouldn't say slave. More like… a really effective partner." Weiss said.
Wiz: In a way but this devotion makes him the perfect teammate. Helping to save the mushroom kingdom, time and time again.
RWBY does admire he lends a hand to save the Mushroom Kingdom.
Boomstick: What did Mario do to him to make him him so obedient? He's gotta have some serious dirt from their childhood.
RWBY actually started having deep thoughts if Boomstick could even be right about that. Then again, Luigi is the younger brother and younger siblings are sometimes bullied by their older siblings. Yang and Ruby deeply love each other as sisters but Yang does have her moments as she likes to play rough on Ruby…. Much to Ruby's dismay.
Wiz: Luigi may take subordination to the extreme but he's no pushover. In fact, he's not only taller than Mario, but also faster and more athletic.
"Then that does explain his thinner and taller figure." Blake said.
Wiz: He can jump over six feet higher.
"Dang. I guess he's better than Mario in a footrace and jumping." Yang said.
Wiz: Plus, after studying Yoshi's suburb jumping ability, Luigi developed his own variant of the dinosaur's floating technique; the Scuttle Jump.
When Luigi jumps, he scuttles his legs as if he were running which slows down his fall a bit, making him last longer in mid-air. Despite how silly it looks, RWBY admits it's quite a useful technique.
"Wish we could all do that." Ruby said.

"Now I'm ready to see his movesets." Yang said in excitement as she wants to learn them to use in the tournament.
Boomstick: The spinning Luigi Cyclone.
Luigi spins like a tornado with his fists outstretched which turns him into a whirlwind of fists.
"I'm gonna learn that and use it!" Yang announced.
Boomstick: the rocketing Green Missile.
Luigi rockets forward head first while standing stiff and using his head as a battering ram while being propelled by flames…. Somehow.
"Now that's what I call 'using your head'." Yang joked with another pun while groans were heard yet again. Nora wants to learn that when she saw that move.
Boomstick: And the Super Jump Punch. Which can send his foe up into the air so high, they never come back down.
RWBY sees Luigi sneaks up behind a cute pink puffball like creature (Jigglypuff) which is unaware of what Luigi is about to do to it. When Luigi was just behind it, he used the Super Jump Punch on it which sent the Jigglypuff flying high into the sky and left a twinkie in the sky. Weiss and Ruby were shedding tears that the adorable creature didn't deserve that while Yang was laughing but admitted the pink puffball was cute.

Wiz: In addition, he has numerous power-up at his disposal.
"Now lets see what he will use instead what Mario normally uses." Blake said.

Blake was really interested in the flower and even wanted to try it. Suddenly, the screen is dark with wispy smoke lingering and the creepy silence.
Wiz: Luigi could be next to you…..
"Okay…what is happening?" Weiss tried to say sternly but shuddered.
Wiz: …watching you…..
Then they see Luigi appearing….but he seems to be giving off a creepy thousand yard stare. It made RWBY somewhat creeped out.
(Ladies and Gentlemen… meet the meme of Weegee.)
Wiz: ...right now.
Boomstick: Ahh! Stop that! He was trained by the thunder god himself and the powerful Thunderhand technique. With this, he can shoot lightning at his foes or at deadly…. soccer balls.
"No doubt Nora would approve of that and would so want to learn that Thunderhand move." Blake said as they remembered what Nora's semblance is.
Wiz: And after spending so much time in Mario's shadow, Luigi has somehow gained the ability to manipulate some sort of negative energy.
After obtaining some kind of glowing orb (The Smash Ball), Luigi starts performing some kind of odd, yet graceful, dance, as he creates a negative zone of energy that inverts the colors of his surroundings and with strange music playing.
RWBY was stunned and slightly confused by this strange ability.
"Huh… I don't think I have seen or heard a semblance such as that…." Weiss said confused.
"Yeah. I mean… what the heck is that?" Yang added as she doesn't exactly know what Luigi just did.
(Cues Battlerock Galaxy — Super Mario Galaxy)
Boomstick: Remember when Mario Bros. was about running around and jumping on turtles? Anyway, you were saying something about physics breaking, time energy, or whatever?
Wiz: Luigi's Negative Zone can devastate a nearby opponent. It's effects are random, but unavoidable, ranging from sudden dizziness, to uncontrollable tripping over absolutely nothing.
Not only that, but the Negative Zone shows it can also harm the opponent, put them to sleep and even slow down their speed and lower their weight.
"I bet it would be hard fighting an opponent if he/she had a semblance like that." Blake said.
"Yeah. Cause that would force us to use our long range attacks." Ruby also said.
Boomstick: But when Luigi wants to use real fire power, he pulls out the Poltergust 5000.
The Poltergust 5000 looks like a red back pack, vacuum cleaner hybrid that Luigi straps to his back. And just by demonstrating, its suction force is very powerful that many small to middle sized objects are sucked in.
Ruby was very intrigued by the device, despite resembling a cleaning chore tool.
Boomstick: A handy vacuum cleaner which can SOMEHOW kill ghosts. It can KILL that which is already dead.
RWBY was also surprised at hearing a device that can accomplish something that should be impossible.
Wiz: He ain't afraid of no ghosts.
Luigi is slowly tip toeing through a haunted house as he's on the verge of soiling his pants…. then a yellow ghost pops out of thin air and shrieks in his face as he screams in fright, falls down, and tries to shuffle away from the trollish spirit. Weiss facepalmed as the other girls laughed.

Wiz: Scratch that. He's afraid of ALL ghosts, bugs, water, flowers, the sun. Luigi is a coward and doesn't even try to hide it.
"Wow…. for a guy who has impressive jumping, speed, and even some nice power-ups, he's afraid of even the most harmless of things." Weiss deadpanned. Though, she still respects Luigi and still admires his strengths over his weaknesses.
Wiz: Granted, his fears are usually justified….usually.
Weiss almost wanted to facepalm again.
Luigi trips onto the floor while trying to put his overalls on.
Boomstick: He's also pretty clumsy. Which you think would make a terrible combination.
"Clumsy isn't the defined trait of a huntsman or huntress." Ruby said.
Boomstick: But like the chinese drunken master style, Luigi harnesses awkwardness to make himself even more vicious.
"Well at least he uses his weakness as his strength." Blake added.
Boomstick: He's more powerful than he seems.
"Never judge a book by the cover." Weiss added.
"Especially if it can kick butt." Yang also said.
Boomstick: Murdering Goombas and Koopas by the hundreds every day.
What RWBY wasn't expecting the most… is some kind of ice skating show featuring Luigi destroying a Parakoopa with some kind of cannon as he obliterates it.
"What the…." RWBY all said.
(Cues Mr.L/Green Thunder — Super Paper Mario)
Boomstick: Ha ha! Before we go any further, I like to point out that the unmaking canon belongs to a bunch of children. "IS IT BED TIME NOW, MOM?!" Goush! No more parents!
"I don't know what to say…." Weiss said. All the other girls nodded but they were laughing.

And now RWBY smiled.
"Even with his clumsy and cowardly demeanor, he's still awesome." Ruby said with his feats backing it up. All the other girls nodded.
Wiz: The Green Thunder can pretty much do it all.
Boomstick: Luigi is one green, mean, fighting machine.
Luigi puts on the Poltergust.
Luigi: Yeah. *Speaks into the nozzle of the Poltergust as if it's a microphone* I do it. Ho-ho! *Dances until he bumps into a car which causes a nearby shelf to fall over* Oh…..
All the girls chuckled while Weiss facepalmed as well. RWBY does admire Luigi that he's quite capable of fighting well, despite being a coward and a klutz. His superhuman jumping, agility, and impressive power-ups and Poltergust also make up for it.
"Well let's hope his clumsiness doesn't mess him up in the fight." Blake said.
On with the next opponent.
(Cues Seaside Hill: Act 2 — Sonic Generations)
The next combatant is a yellow (sometimes yellowish orange to chestnut brown) anthropomorphic fox wearing red and white shoes as he's flying a jet like vehicle.
Tails: All systems go… full speed ahead!
Wiz: Born the very same day after Eggman began his robot-powered takeover of the world, Miles Prower-
Boomstick: *Laughing* Ha ha!
RWBY is confused why Boomstick is laughing at an adorable name for a cute baby fox that has just been born (which Weiss squeed over).
Boomstick: I get it! Miles Per Hour!
RWBY was silent for a second… until the girls understood and chuckled at the joke. Even Weiss was giggling despite being against Boomstick's jokes most of the time.
Boomstick: Creativity like that is why Sega is still making consoles….

Wiz: Ahem. Miles was awkwardly born with two tails.
It's true. They see two fox tails that look identical to one another on the newborn fox. Ruby and Weiss couldn't help squee how adorable that is. Blake recalled that some faunus can also have rare genetic birth defects that makes them also born with two tails.
Wiz: Mere minutes after being welcomed into the world, Eggman's deadly forces made Miles Prower and orphan.
RWBY couldn't help but now feel sad for him, especially Ruby who lost her mother and only has her sister and father.
Boomstick: Oh… that's… that's pretty fucked up.
RWBY was more or less surprised that Boomstick has sympathy for this little guy losing his parents.
Wiz: 8 years later, and after some much needing counseling, Miles stumbled upon a broken down biplane and happily repaired the whole vehicle on his own.
"Wow. I never knew a young fox like him is a good engineer." Ruby said.
Boomstick: Well of course, just like all walking, talking, adolescent, two-tailed foxes can.
That made the other girls chuckle too at the timed response.
Boomstick: Anyway, turns out the airplane happen to belong to Miles'' personal idol, Sonic the Hedgehog.
Sonic: *Appears in front of Miles* What are you doing?
"Wait. Why does Sonic even need a plane if he can run at the speed of sound? It doesn't make any sense." Weiss said in question.
(Cues Emerald Hill Green Zone — Sonic the Hedgehog 2)
Boomstick: Why Sonic needed a plane in the first place is beyond me, but whatever.
"That's what I said!" Weiss retorted. The other girls laughed again.
Wiz: It was Sonic who first suggested that Miles' birth defects could be used to fly by spinning them like helicopter blades.
"That actually kinda cool and cute at the same time." Yang admitted.
Wiz: Which is obviously impossible because it could never create lift and-
Tails is spinning his two tails at a fast pace which actually creates lift and he's flying in the air.
Wiz: WHAT?!
RWBY all laughed at the timing of Wiz's claim that Tails can't fly… and yet…. Tails is flying.
"Try and wrap your brain around that one, Wizard." Yang joked.
(Cues Believe in myself (Instrumental) — Sonic Adventure 2
Boomstick: And so, Sonic gave his rotary ass the oh-so obvious nickname he deserved. "TAILS".
Tails
"That's a good nickname. I like it and it's cute." Weiss said as her teammates also admitted that's a catchy nickname.
Wiz: Well that's stupid. That's like if you were named "Boomstick" because you like shotguns.
Boomstick: Don't be fucking ridiculous, Wizard.
"Says the host whose name is in fact Boomstick." Weiss rolled her eyes.

Boomstick: Anyway, aside from flight, Tails' copter-butt blades are strong enough to bust metal.
RWBY was shocked that a mere tail could bust metal.
"Woah. His tails can smash metal like a tin can." Yang said impressed.
"Yeah. There has been rumors that some faunus could also smash metal with their tails with enough training and aura. But it has never been confirmed or reported. At least not yet." Blake added.
Boomstick: And he can use them like a turbine of an engine to keep up with Sonic's super fast speed. He can almost teach the speed of sound.
"For a kid at that age at that speed, I'm most impressed." Ruby cheered since she also can reach that speed with some effort… and can go even further when pushed. (Note: I retconned the speed of RWBY a bit faster).
Wiz: Tails pledged himself to Sonic's Freedom Fighter cause against Dr. Eggman and the two quickly became friends, almost like brothers.
RWBY smiled at that too since all the girls became close friends and even siblings (Ruby and Yang are already sisters but Weiss and Blake are also like sisters to them).
Wiz: They also shared a sort of teacher-student relationship. Though, it wasn't always clear who was the student.
"Well… since Tails is kinda younger, he could be the student." Ruby said.
"But Sonic is cocky and arrogant while Tails seems smarter. Sonic might be the student." Weiss responded.
No one knows and continues on.
Then they saw Tails performing a move similar to Sonic. The Spin Dash.
Boomstick: It was Tails who invented the Spin Dash. Not the speedy hedgehog.
"Wasn't expecting something like that." Blake said.
"Yeah. It felt like Sonic did invent the Spin Dash…. But Tails did.
(Cues Mad Gear Zone Act 2 — Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode 1)
Wiz: Tails is a genius and a master mechanic.
"That does explain his skill fixing that biplane." Ruby said.
"I got decent skills repairing my Bumblebee." Yang smirked as she loves to ride her awesome motor bike across town.
Boomstick: He's so much smarter than Sonic that he actually learned how to swim.
RWBY did remember that Sonic can't swim and now realizes Tails could swim.
"I guess Tails should start teaching Sonic how to swim." Yang joked.
Wiz: He has built several planes, combat mechs, and has numerous gadgets on hand.
Ruby's eyes instantly went wide at hearing the mention of combat mechs. Sadly for her… they won't be mentioned as she groans in disappointment. But gadgets are also cool too.

Boomstick: But despite being a super geek, he really likes to blow shit up. He carries a huge supply of bombs. Big bombs, napalm bombs, remote bombs, flashbang grenades, bomb shaped like magic rings, bomb shaped like mice, bombs shaped like your mother, you name it. He's got a bomb like it.
"Wow. His supply and variety of bombs almost makes him fit for demolition tasks." Ruby said as she's interested in the variety of bombs.
Wiz: He also wields the Magic Hand. A long range, comical, punching weapon.
"Okay. I want to have that too!" Yang said as Ruby also nodded in agreement. "I could use that to punch Grimm and people with it!" She grinned.
Wiz: And the Energy Ball cannon.
Ruby loves that one in an instant of seeing that it's an arm cannon shooting a ball of energy.
Boomstick: Which is ripped straight out of Mega Man.
RWBY doesn't know who or what Mega Man is so they kept going.
Boomstick: He built all this himself, but never a device to breath underwater.
They see Tails swimming but he's almost out of air.
Boomstick: Kinda dropped the ball their, sidekick.
The drowning music intensifies…. Then Tails drowned as his body sinks to the bottom. RWBY was stunned and disturbed as they watched Tails drown like that.
"That really disturbed me." Blake muttered.
"Yeah. Drowning is no doubt one of the worst ways to die…." Yang agreed.
Wiz: Unlike Sonic's speed blitzing battle style, Tails relies on logic and tactics in a fight.

Boomstick: After a good thunderclap, you'll find him shivering his spiny ass off in a bathtub.
Sonic: Right. We should hurry!
A lightning flash goes off as Tails goes into a panic as he clutches Sonic like a child clinging to it's mother.
Tails: GAAHHH! I'm afraid of lightning!
RWBY couldn't help but laugh how funny and cute that kinda is while also feeling bits of sympathy.

All those feats they just read are indeed beyond impressive.
"For an 11 year old, two tailed fox, we feel admired to his accomplishments." Weiss said as the girls deeply respected his feats as much as Luigi's
Wiz: Like being able to run 100 mph without his tails, stopping a nuclear missle, and saving the MULTIVERSE by transforming into… Uh….
(Music stops)
"What the…" RWBY all said as they stared at Tails…. who looked like he went to the gym and became a beefy, muscle bound version of himself.
Boomstick: Don't do steroids, kids.
"We won't!" RWBY all said.
"I don't wanna end up looking like that, despite how strong I wanna get…" Yang muttered. She and her friends still vow (even though, they went through the lecture of not doing drugs before) to never take drugs.
They see Tails fixing his biplane with Sonic talking with him.
Sonic: We good to go or what, Tails?
Tails: I've built a TV out of paperclips...
Sonic: Yeah...
Tails: ...and reprogrammed a supercomputer using dishwashing detergent and a toothpick.
"What the heck are we hearing?" Weiss stuttered at hearing Tails fixing advanced machinery with simple items that are used daily.
"We are hering someone that can accomplish the impossible." Yang answered.
Sonic: I know...
Tails: ... So look, fixing a propeller on a biplane? That's about as difficult as taking a nap. *Starts the propeller as the plane starts its engine.
Sonic: 'Kay, I did not need your whole life story. A simple "good to go" would have been cool.
Tails: Alright. Good to go!
Sonic: Cool!
After that, RWBY also considered Tails a very competent and tactical fighter, despite he also has some cowardly tendencies almost like that of Luigi's. Ruby and Weiss like his gadgets while Blake and Yang also like his abilities. They all admire his feats at such a young age.
"So who might win?" Ruby asked.
"Tough to say… both are brave and tough…. but they are also are a bit afraid of many things." Blake answered.
"Well Tails is afraid of lightning and Luigi has the Thunderhand technique. That's one advantage Luigi has." Weiss said.
"And Tails is pretty fast along with his gadgets." Ruby said with a smile.
"Well. Let's find out then."
Wiz: Alright. The combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all.
Boomstick: It's time for a time for a Death Battlllllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeee!
The way Boomstick said it made RBY laugh and chuckle while Weiss made an expression that she's clearly not amused.
(Cues Sonic the Movie — Land of Darkness)
The scene now shows a vast open area with mountains in the background and the field is full of green pipes jutting out of the ground and scattered across the whole place. Tails is flying in the air with his two tails spinning like a helicopter. He lands on a random pipe as and he appears to be scouting the place. But he gets interrupted as something… or someone pops out of the pipe which forces Tails off the pipe.
Tails: Hey!
It's none other than Luigi.
Luigi: Let's-A-Go…..
RWBY watches in anticipation as they watch the fight begin.
Who will be the superior sidekick?
FIGHT!
(Cues Chemical Bath — fan remix of Chemical Plant Zone — Sonic 2)
Tails: Yeah!
Tails summons his Energy Ball arm cannon and charges it as Luigi also charges his Green Missile mixed with his Thunderhand Technique as he's enveloped in an electric aura. Luigi rockets forward and easily plows through the energy bal shot from the cannon. As Luigi was about to hit Tails, the fox dodged and smacked Luigi with his twin tails that knocked Luigi into the ground.
Luigi: Mama mia….
"First hit." Blake announced.
Luigi gets back up on his feet as he sees Tails performing a Spin Dash and heading towards him but Luigi knocks him in the air with his hammer. The green plumber then uses his Scuttle Jump towards Tails as both combatants spin like a pair of tops as the Luigi Cyclone clashes with the Rapid Tails Attack.
"I can already tell they are both going at it." Yang said with impression. Ruby is excited watching these two clash like that.
After the brief struggle, both are knocked away from each as Tails stays in the air and Luigi runs up to Tails and jumps towards him with his hammer but Tails again knocks him back with his two tails.
"Luigi can't land a hit without using a counter." Weiss said.
Tails does another Spin Dash but Luigi easily counters with his Super Jump Punch that sends Tails rocketing high into the sky. But this actually worked for Tails as he gains control in the air.
Tails: Woah.
Thanks to being at a high altitude, Tails can now swoop down at a high velocity and snatch Luigi off the ground like a hawk catching a helpless mouse from above.
Luigi: Yipe!
Tails now gains height with Luigi hanging helplessly as he plans to drop Luigi that could end him.
Luigi: Woahwoahwoahwoahwoahwoahwoah!
"I don't think Luigi will survive a fall at that height." Ruby said with slight concern.
But Luigi does have a few items that could help him escape this situation. He pulls the Vanish Power Flower out of his pocket and absorbs it as he turns invisible which confuses Tails. Tails is starting to get tired due to the weight of carrying Luigi (despite the plumber not being visible) and he's been flying longer than he normally does. Just as he was about to let go, a hammer appears out of nowhere and smacks Tails with a lot of force which cause both Luigi and Tails to plummet towards the earth. Tails summons the Magic Hand as he and Luigi clash. After a brief duel, Tails flies again while Luigi uses his Scuttle Jump to slow down his fall and safely land without any injury.
"He did managed to figure his way out of that one." Blake said impressed.
(Cues Super Mario Galaxy 2 — Bowser Jr's Boomsday Machine)
As Luigi looked above, there was Tails who was dropping tons of bombs. Luigi panics but the bombs surround him and as panics even more. But Luigi managed to calm down and had to think outside of the box for a second.
He had an idea.
Luigi: Got it!
He pulls out his Poltergust 5000.
Luigi sucks up all the bombs, but instead of getting sucked into the nozzle, they all bunch up together as he manages to gather them all and then shoots the huge pile of bombs up towards Tails….. but it misses by an inch as it plummets back down towards Luigi.
"Uh oh…" Ruby and Yang said.
Luigi's jaw dropped for a second and then tries to run but the bombs land on him and explode which sends him flying sky high.
"At least A for effort." Yang slightly joked.
Luigi is now high in the sky but looks down.
He's right above a green pipe which gives him another idea.
Luigi does an epic pose similar to an olympic diver as he dives into the green pipe.
"That was actually pretty cool." Blake admitted.
"Almost like a graceful dive." Weiss also said.
After a few seconds, Luigi skyrockets out of the pipe while enveloped in electricity which means he's using the Thunderhand Technique again. Tails was caught off guard as Luigi assaults him with many electric attacks the eventually sends him flying far away from the last strike as he scream in surprise.
Luigi: Luigi gotcha!
Tails slowly gets back up. He has taken a lot of damage and needs to heal so he summons his Medi Bot that starts to heal his wounds and recovering his health. But Luigi ain't gonna let that happen as he uses his Poltergust to suck the Medi Bot and then smash it with a hammer. Then Luigi tries to suck in Tails who now tries to run away and even tries to use his two tails to increase his speed but he's still struggling to escape.
"Just how powerful is that vacuum cleaner?!" Weiss said in complete awe and confusion.
"I so want it!" Ruby shouted in glee.
Tails had an idea of his own as he latches the Projectile Ring to a nearby pipe while also throwing something into the nozzle of the Poltergust which stops sucking.
Tails jumps into the green pipe as Luigi looks at the object in slight confusion.
Luigi: Hello?
It's a flashbang.
BANG!
The whole screen went white for a second.
"Man. Tails sure is clever like a fox." Yang said with a pun.
RWB groaned again.
(Cues Opening Cutscene — Sonic Lost World)
As the screen got clear again, Luigi is dizzy from the flashbang… and Tails is right behind and RWBY can hear the sound of tools and gears.
Tails implanted a bomb on Luigi's Poltergust.
Luigi tries to counter but Tail's Shield Bot erected a shield as the hammer bounces off. Luigi figures it out by smashing the Shield Bot, damaging the machine and the shield dissipates. Tails jumps back to gain distance while Luigi pulls a Smash Ball with a shit-eating grin on his face that says "Oh yeah! I'm doing this!"
(Cues The Negative Zone — SSBB)
Once Luigi absorbs the Smash Ball, he activates the Negative Zone which caught Tails off guard as he trips due to the Negative Zone's effects. Luigi now goes on the offense while Tails barely dodges due to his lowered speed and attempts to fly away. Luigi uses the Poltergust again to to suck up Tails…. until they hear a ticking sound.
The bomb on the vacuum is about to go off.
"Looks like they are about to go off with a yang!" Yang announced with a grin and more groans followed from her teammates.
Luigi throws the Poltergust but the Negative Zone's affects slows down its speed as the bomb explodes. Tails just BARELY exits the borders while Luigi runs but the explosion sends him flying close to a nearby pipe.
"Well that was a thing." Yang said.
Luigi: Heh….?
Tails is standing right in front of Luigi with his two tails burnt at the tips.
He barely avoided death.
(Cues Sonic Lost World — The Deadly Six Theme)
Just as Luigi was about to land his hammer on Tails…. the Magic Hand came out of nowhere and punches straight through Luigi that it even went through the pipe and broke the other side.
RWBY cringed at that as Luigi sends out his last painful reaction… and silence.

(Cues Sonic the Movie — Metal Sonic Fight)
"That just had to hurt seeing that." Ruby said.
Boomstick: Well, there goes the year of Luigi.
Wiz: While Luigi technically has more combat experience and has survived being Nintendo's whipping boy, Tails' skills and arsenal were more than what the green-capped plumber could handle.
"That pretty much is the decisive verdict there." Weiss said.
Boomstick: His training with Sonic makes him faster and his superior mobility gave him complete control over the battlefield.
"Yep. Luigi couldn't think his way though on that one.
Wiz: Also, he has an outrageous IQ of 300.
RWBY remembered that and can't believe a young child (fox child) could be THAT smart.
Wiz: Which is about as much as Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking combined.
RWBY never heard or seen these two but can tell they look and are geniuses.
Boomstick: Hell, Tails is stronger too. He can move 10 tons while Luigi struggles to lift a large radish.
"Whoever thought Tails was strong. I thought he was just fast and agile." Weiss said.
Wiz: And Tails' gadgets more than make up for any of his weaknesses.
"And gadgets do come in handy." Blake finished.
Boomstick: Looks like Luigi was outfoxed.
The pun made Yang laugh.
Wiz: The winner is Tails Miles Prower.
RWBY cheered for both Tails and Luigi making a good fight.
Boomstick: Next time on Death Battle.
Three red and white orbs roll on screen… then the one in the middle opens up in a bright flash turns the screen white.
RWBY got interested as Ruby puts in the next disc and is about to hit play… until they see a manual called "The Complete Pokemon Guide through Gen 1-6." in the box.
