Theodore's POV
" Wow!! Your house is beautiful." She said once she came in. She was looking around.
" Thank you." I said.
" You stay alone here?" She asked.
" Do I have anyone of my own?" I asked. She sighed.
" Then who will stay with me?" I asked and chuckled.
" I was stupid for asking that." She said.
" Hey!! No worries. It's ok." I said. She nodded weakly.
" What do you want to take?" I asked.
" A coffee would do." She said.
" Sure. In your service, ma'am." I said and she giggled. Smiling Naomi is beautiful than anything else in this world. I smiled. I hold her hands and kissed on her palms.
" What happened?" She asked me.
" Nothing, keep smiling. Your smiling face spreads a peace bliss around." I said.
" Oh, really?" She asked with a soft smile.
" Yes." I said and kissed her cheek.
" But I keep straight face."I said.
" From now smile for me often, I don't have any one else but you to smile for me, a pure smile." I said. She didn't say anything just smiled.
" I think you asked for a coffee." I said.
" Yeah, call someone to make it." She looked around.
" I will do it. No worries." I said.
" Don't you have any housekeeper?" She asked.
" You mean maids?" I asked. She nodded.
" No, I don't." I said.
" Why so?" She asked.
" I like to live alone." I said.
" Strange. Why?" She asked.
" I use to live alone from childhood. So, I am not comfortable in crowded place. I am fine alone." I said.
" Strange. You shouldn't be like this. Look I have a big family. Aren't you comfortable with them?" She asked.
" No, no. Your family members are very nice. I feel very comfortable with them. But I said about unknown people." I said honestly.
" So, the first day you went to our house and I introduced you with my cousins, you felt weird?" She asked.
" Actually, I was uncomfortable for the crowd. But I didn't feel uncomfortable with your cousins. I was comfortable as soon as I saw Alan. Cause, we used to be good friends in college. I thought his cousins would must be like him nice and charming. I found you all very attached with each other. You all love each other so much. Your love for each other was unique. You love each other like you are siblings." I said.
" Yeah, we are so close. Actually, our parents had a hard life when they were young. So, they were so close to each other and this fact made us so close to each other. We used to be told when we were kids that we are not siblings but we are more than that." She said the same thing Alan told me.
" You all are more than siblings." I said.
" Yes. I know. I feel so lucky that I have cousins like them. Even we live miles away from each other but still we do love each other most. Distance can't make our feelings weak." She said.
" That's true. Even Meryl lives far away from me." I said.
" You must love her a lot." She said.
" More than anything." I said.
" That's great. Where does she live?" She asked.
" She lives in Sydney." I said and sighed.
" You can go sometime and meet her." She said and I sighed.
" Her parents won't allow me to meet her. So, we meet secretly some time. She use a secret number to call me. Her parents has banned her from talking to me long back." I said and looked away.
" Theo!!" She called me.
" Yes." I said and turned to her smilingly.
" Stop hiding pain behind your smile. Your eyes can't hide the pain. You need to get them out. You need to cry out, Theo. You need to do it. You can't live like this. It is killing you from inside. Can't you feel it?" She asked. I smiled again.
" Let's see when I can do it. I am still not ready to let the pain wash away. I still need to do something which I will do soon. It's a big decision for me. I don't know if I am able to do it or not." I said.
" Do what Theo?" She asked.
" Many things." I said.
" Many things?" She asked.
" Yes, getting married is one of them." I smirked to divert her mind from this issue. I am not ready to tell her this now. I need some more time to convince myself.
She narrowed her eyes at me.
" Really?" She asked.
" Yes, getting married and having kids making a big family." I said.
" Big family???" She asked.
" Yes, having a lot of kids." I said.
" A lot of kids? How many?" She asked in horror.
" Ummm, let me think." I said and smiled inwardly. " Uhh, 12 is enough for me." I said and smirked. She glared at me.
" Why you want to make a football team?" She asked irritatingly.
" Can't you fulfill my this wish, please?" I acted a bit.
" Don't you think 12 is a bit more for us?" She asked.
" No, it's not. Please!!!" I said and looked at her making a baby face.
" Don't give me this face." She said and sighed. " Ok, don't whine. Weird guy, weird wish, weird kids." She mumbled. I pulled her to me and hugged her tightly.
" Thank you. You no need to be worried about 12 kids. I don't want 12 kids." I said.
" So, you want more?" She asked as we broke the hug.
" We will have kids but it's God's will that how many we will have. But as for me, 3 is enough." I said.
" 3 is more comfortable." She took a sigh of relief.
" Oh, your coffee." I said and went to kitchen. She followed me.
" Go sit there." I showed her the kitchen table.
" I can help you." She said.
" No, thanks. Go sit there." I said and she stomped her feet but sat there. I can feel she was staring at me.
" You can ogle me I won't mind." I said.
" Yeah, I know you won't." She said. I sighed.
" Why do you keep looking at me?" I asked.
" I don't know. I can't stop that. I think you made me crazy." She said and I smiled.
" I am glad that I made you crazy." I said. She sighed.
" Where are we going for dinner. It's 4:00 PM still. We have enough time to go out." She said.
" We going to have dinner in the balcony." I said.
" Oh, ok. Are we going to order something?" She asked.
" Sure, what you want to have?" I asked.
" Let me think." She said. " You can order spaghetti, Antipasto and pasta." She said.
" Alright, you go sit in the balcony. I think you will enjoy your time." I said and wore the kitchen apron.
" You will make them?!!!!" She asked.
" Anything for you." I said.
" Let me help you, Theo." She said.
" No way, get out of the kitchen." I said and she pouted. I turned away. I don't want to kiss her now.
" I hate you." She said walking out of the kitchen.
" You love me." I said from back.
" You wish." She said and I chuckled.
It took 2 hours for me to complete making the dinner. I came out and got freshen up as I saw her watching TV in the hall. I took a shower and then I arranged the table in the balcony.
" Dinner time, Sweetheart." I said. She looked at me head to toe.
" Ok, let's go." She tugged with me.
" Wow, this is beautiful." She said and we sat there having our dinner.
" Milan looks beautiful from here." She said.
" Yeah, I know." I said.
We talked for a while. Then I drove her to her house. It was 9:00 and her dad will be worried. So, I decided to leave her at her home first.
She was about to get out of the car but she stopped and looked at me.
" Thank you so much, Theo. I enjoyed the day so so so much." She said.
" You should stop saying thank you to me." I said.
" Then what should I say?" She asked.
" Say love you." I said and smiled.
" You wish." She said.
" And give kisses." I said and smirked. She glared at me.
" OK, OK. I understood. Go inside. Your dad will be worried." I said and looked ahead smilingly. Suddenly I felt a soft kiss on my cheek.
" Love you, Theo. Take care. Good night." She said and got out of the car then ran into the house before I could react. I smiled widely. What a girl!!!! I thought and started for my home.
