"Grime, I can't deny it anymore. I'm in love with you, despite your flaws." Y/n say.
Grime was surprised. "What? Me? Why would you be in love with a rough and tough toad like me?"
"Because beneath that tough exterior, I see a heart that respects and values those who have helped you. Like Sasha."
"Sasha... She saved me from that heron attack. I owe her my life."
"And you proved your loyalty by risking your own life to save her when Toad Tower was collapsing. You care for her deeply."
"Of course I do! She's been through a lot, and I won't let anything happen to her."
"It's not just about Sasha. Remember when she appeared injured after the fall? You were furious at the Plantars for not taking care of her."
"They're supposed to be her friends! How could they let her get hurt like that?"
"That's what sets you apart, Grime. Your fierce protectiveness and unwavering respect for those who aid or care for you. It's admirable."
"I never thought someone would see through me like this. But... what about you? Why do you love me?"
"Because despite your rough edges, I see a toad who would go to great lengths to protect the ones he cares about. And that's something worth loving."
Grime say smiling shyly. "Well, maybe... maybe I'm starting to see why I care about you too, Y/n."
"Really?" She blushes.
"Yeah, really. And maybe... just maybe, we can navigate this crazy world together, flaws and all."
"I'd love that, Grime. Let's face whatever comes our way, hand in hand."
And so, Y/n and Grime embarked on a journey filled with love, loyalty, and the shared understanding of each other's flaws. Together, they proved that even in the darkest of times, true love and respect can conquer all.
