Although Kroquia could block all three, it cost her a lot of energy. If they were at the same level, it would be a lot easier, but it was almost a miracle that she held up while she was at a lower level. The shield wasn't much better. It was enduring the fight, but it couldn't resist forever.

Krongo helped by drawing attention to himself, though that meant he had to dodge and not do as much damage. The mage and the archer tried to eliminate one of them, in which all were focusing their attention.

It wasn't an easy fight for them, but it wasn't a desperate one either. In fact, for some time, they managed to keep a balance, while fighting against two or three enemies. However, as three more approached, they knew they were in a bind if the vampiress didn't help them. She did, although not as they had expected.

Suddenly, the wasps split up and gathered together, thus moving away from the reptilians. They had managed to lower the boss's vitality to 50%, so it had changed phase.

The insects formed a cylinder which rotated on its axis vertical to the ground, with their stingers pointing outwards. That made it very difficult to approach them, and their progressive advance was very dangerous. Powerful ranged attacks were required, or a good tank to block them.

Unfortunately, Kroquia's level was somewhat insufficient to deal with that huge rotating cylinder. Krinia's electrical attacks could cause some nuisance, but little else. Previously, she had helped thwart the attack, but then it was much faster than now, and therefore more likely to be disturbed.

Gjaki couldn't get into that solid-looking structure either. However, she didn't need it, as she was already inside. Besides, the cylinder was hollow. Therefore, she could attack them without having to worry about the stingers that could inject what could be called mana poison. It acted like poison, but it was still mana trying to attack mana.

Still, they were flying fast in circles, in a tight formation, so it wasn't easy to hit them cleanly. Perhaps, the most difficult challenge was to focus on one without getting confused, without losing sight of it, without being overwhelmed by their number. All the wasps were exactly alike, which make them impossible to tell apart.

Therefore, she relied on Blood Control to stain some of them. Now, she could identify them.

To calculate the times, the vampiress stared at one of them as it was going all the way around. Then, she ran forward and jumped with both feet outstretched, to kick hard at the wasp and its neighbor, which had always kept the same distance.

The two insects were pushed towards the reptilians. There were only two of them and smaller than before, so they could take care of them. The greatest danger was that the huge cylinder that was slowly moving towards them.

However, this advance had also been taken advantage of to place Dark Walls and Tentacles. Nonetheless, the latter wasn't very efficient in capturing the wasps, due to their speed.

Aside from putting up walls from time to time, Gjaki positioned herself just on the other side of the cylinder, facing her companions. As she was close to their enemies, Darkness Aura didn't stop damaging them. She also could send some more to her companions when they finished the previous ones. Furthermore, there was the simple tactic of putting a two-handed sword and holding it with all her might.

The rotational force of the wasps meant that she couldn't keep it inside for long. When it happened, she let herself go, turned on herself, and inserted the sword with Dark Touch through again in the other side.

It was kind of boring, but it was efficient. The incessant blows that caused the sword to be repelled by the rotating cylinder also continuously damaged the enemies in it. They failed to reach the ezihuq before changing phase again.

At 25% vitality, they divided again, so now they were like the rest of the wasps on that floor. There was only a slight problem. There were hundreds at once.

Their behavior also changed. They were attacking individually now, so dozens of them rushed at different enemies.

Gjaki dodged the ones headed her way, as her aim was to rejoin her allies as quickly as possible. Right now, Kroquia was blocking five, and many more were closing in. Krinia, Kruloz and Krongo did what they could, and Kroco was about to ask the warrior to be less reckless, as he noticed how fast his mana was decreasing.

Suddenly, a Darkness Pillar finished off all the enemies that were threatening them, and a couple of walls were set with almost all the mana that the vampiress had left. She had taken a mana potion that had been bought before entering the dungeon, but it was insufficient. She had finally managed to get and test them, and even the vitality regen one had worked, unlike in the game. Of course, she had cursed the developers.

She stayed next to Kroquia, slightly ahead of her, while constantly attacking and dodging, not even caring about the bruises that Self-Regeneration was taking care of.

Shortly before, she had drunk level 45 blood, so she could afford to consume it, unlike mana. Gjaki had even cast Surplus to temporarily increase her blood pool. Therefore, she didn't hesitate to activate Blood Overload and Blood Pressure, thus boosting her abilities to the maximum.

All the wasps charged at them. It forced Kroco and Krongo to supporting Kroquia through Overlap, through which they shared their strength. Meanwhile, Krinia and Kruloz attacked from slightly behind the vampiress.

If it wasn't because they vanished, dozens of corpses would have piled up in front of them. Nonetheless, there were still many hundreds more. Luckily, this time they were no longer regenerating.

At that size, Harden made the vampiress virtually immune to stings, at the cost of energy she needed, so she did it sporadically. The scratches or poison that could reach her weren't enough to embarrass Self-Regeneration.

She could also use Manual Block to stop them, but there were often too many. At least, at that size, she could completely stop any of them with that skill alone. Nonetheless, there being too many also acted to their detriment. The insects piled up, thus being easy prey for the mage's spells, who ended up running out of mana.
