Ginny Weasley was a lot of things. Brave, Empowering, Fearless. She was truly, in my eyes, the superior Weasley. Don't tell Ron I said that.

"Ginny, nice job at practice today. Your broom riding skills are damn near perfect"

"Near? Honey those were perfect" she smiled and joked.

"You're right, you're right." I held my hands up in defense. "Have you studied for Lupin's exam yet?"

"Oh my god, I totally forgot about that."

"We can study together before curfew."

"Yeah, okay." She smiled and nodded.

We went to the common room and sat by the books alone.

"What is a boggart?" I asked.

"It's a fear monster. It reads your mind for your worst fear and it shifts into it"

"What is your worst fear?" I followed up.

"Losing my loved ones. Mom, dad, my brothers. Some others." She looked back at the book. "What's yours?"

"Chuck E. Cheese."

She looked confused.

"It's a muggle thing" I added.

"Ohhhhh." It clicked.

"You'll see tomorrow." I laughed.

"What?"

"Lupin is bringing that boggart in remember."

"He's what?"

"Yeah. He told us on Monday."

"Oh my god. No, I- I can't."

"Hey it's okay, Ginny, breathe in, and out." I held her hand.

"I'm fine, I'm fine." She stood up.

"Okay. Do you want me to walk you to the room?"

"No, it's fine. You can stay a little longer."

"Okay. Goodnight."

"Night." She said coldly.

Ron came over and sat next to me.

"Do you know why my sister is so freaked out right now?"

"No. She wouldn't tell me."

"It's because she loves you. Whether that's as friends or as more, I don't know. But she loves you. And she's scared that you'll be her boggart and you say you don't love her."

"W-well I don't know-"

"Don't even try to deny it. You look at her the way I look at Hermione"

"You love Hermione?"

Realizing what I just said, and admitted to, I stood up and began walking away.

"It's okay! Basically our whole family knows."

"God that's worse Ron!" I cried out with a small laugh.

"Hey, just go up there and get her."

"No, I have a better plan."

The next day, when Snape brought in the boggart after the exam, my fear was Chuck E. Cheese, and a couple others were creeped out by it. Not Ginny though. She's brave.

Ginny was up and she seemed anxious.

"You got this, babe." I called out to her on purpose.

She looked at me for a moment and the boggart turned into me getting killed by Voldemort.

She was borderline crying before it suddenly turned into Chuck E. Cheese in a goth outfit.

A few of us laughed our asses off. It was funny.

"Wait can we go back? Is Ginny into girls?" One of the idiot boys in our year said.

"So what if she is? I'm into girls and guys." I stood next to Ginny.

"Love is love, get with the program. And if you don't, we'll then you have a small-"

"Okay!" Lupin interrupted. "Before we get to the colorful language, let's move on. Next up-"

I tuned out Lupin and turned to Ginny.

"Am I your loved one?" I asked her.

"Maybe. I don't know. I was trying not to think of you but that was making me think of you."

I smiled. "I love you too Ginny. I mean romantically."

"I-I love you too."

"Good. We can finally go on dates now." I smiled more.

"Y-yeah if you want."

It's cute how she stutters around me now.

I held her hand in mine as we waited for class to be over with.

Today was perfect.
