Jack Dylan Grazer//Valentine's Day

I woke up to the doorbell being rung. I got out of bed in my shorts and sweater to answer it.

"Hello. I have a delivery for Miss Lillis." Sophia's boyfriend smiled until he saw me.

"She still asleep?" He asked.

"Yep." I let him in and he went up to sophia's room.

I stayed downstairs and made myself a cup of coffee.

Sophia and I share an apartment together. After a while, there was another knock on the front door. I opened the door and saw Jack.

"Jack, hey." I smiled and let him in.

"I figured that since all of our friends have plans today, why can't we?"

"A chance out of the house? You are my knight in shingling armor. Let me go get dressed." I smiled and went up to my room. I chose an all pink outfit since it was Valentine's Day. I think I look very cute.

I ran down the stairs "okay I'm ready." We walked out of the apartment and to his car. He started it and we drove off.

"What's with the all pink outfit? Not that you don't look good. Just you never wear pink."

"It's Valentine's Day themed. Duh." I smiled.

"Oh my bad, my bad." He smiled back.

"Where we going chief?" I asked while looking out of my window.

"Were getting a couples massage. Now I know what you're thinking: Jack, we're not a couple. We can't do a couples massage.' Well, it's okay to lie if it makes it cheaper."

I started laughing. "You didn't have to explain yourself. I wouldn't have questioned it."

He nodded with a smile.

We got to the spa and had a 10 minute wait before they took us to the back.

"Alright, this isn't a traditional pulled massage. You will be massaging each other."

"What?" Jack and I both questioned.

"You didn't read the website?" The lady asked.

"No wonder why it was so cheap." He rolled his eyes.

"You'll find everything you need over there on that cart. I'll be back in half an hour to tell you to switch." She shut the door and left.

"I swear I had no idea-" Jack tried convincing me.

I laughed. "You think I'm gonna pass up a massage from you? Your hands are like magic." I smiled and changed behind the partition.

I wrapped a towel around me and laid down on the table.

"What areas would you like?"

"Shoulders, Back, Arms."

"Yes ma'am."

The moment his hands made contact with my shoulders I felt warm and tingly.

"You're so tense." 

"Sophia and her boyfriend have been stressing me out lately. He's always over and he never cleans up after himself. It's disgusting."

"Have you talked to her?"

"Yeah. She said she'd talk to him."

"That's good. Just relax."

My body shivered as his hands ran down my back.

He did an amazing job and once it was time to switch, I put my clothes back on and he wrapped a towel around his bottom half and laid down.

"Where would you like to be massaged?" I asked.

"Shoulders, Neck, Back."

I started with his shoulder/neck area.

It was silent most of the time, I think he fell asleep at some point.

When the lady came back in to tell us it was done, he sat up on the table looking sleepy. The lady shit the door so he could put his clothes back on.

"You totally fell asleep." I smiled.

"It was really nice." He smiled back. "I will definitely be getting more massages soon."

My eyes flickered to his chest.

"Get dressed so we can go," I chuckled. "I wanna get lunch." I turned around to face the wall.

I heard him put his clothes on and we left.

"Well that was an experience."

"You know, we could've just done that at home for free. How much did you pay for that?"

"$40"

I laughed audibly.

"Alright I was going to be a gentleman and pay for lunch but you young lady now get the opportunity." He joked.

"That's perfectly okay with me. Get whatever you want."

"No, I wasn't serious-"

"You paid for massages, I'll pay for lunch. It's fair."

"Why won't you let me spoil you." He pouted jokingly.

"I have my own money. You worked for yours."

"And you worked for yours. I want to spoil you."

"We're not even technically dating, Jack. Why should you have to-"

His right hand grabbed my face, pulling my lips onto his hastily.

Ten seconds later we pulled away from each other.

"W-well I guess I'll let you spoil me today if I get to spoil you on your birthday."

"Deal."

We ate lunch and went back to the apartment to see Sophia and her boyfriend on the couch eating popcorn and watching a romcom.

"Y/n, where have you been?"

She asked right before Jack walked in.

"Hey Soph." He smiled and waved at her.

"Ah, friend date?"

"Uh yeah until he kissed me."

"AH! YES!"

I smiled and grabbed jacks hand, leading him to my room.

"BE SAFE!" Sophia yelled from the living room.

"WE'RE NOT-"

"Yes we are." I interrupted Jack quietly.

"NEVERMIND DONT COME IN!" He yelled back.

I laughed as he jumped onto the bed and started kissing me. Valentine's Day might not suck after all.
