"okay, so hear me out here, two brides?" elle suggests. "i don't want to steal your spotlight baby. i want you to be my bride" i answer. "you do look really good in a suit." she reconsiders. "i know" i smile pridefully. "shit i have to find a suit!" i remember and hit my palm to my forehead.
we've already tried cakes, picked centerpieces, flowers and..... i think that's it. "where should we do it?" i ask. "i really don't know. where do you want to?" she questions. "anywhere. we could get married in fucking city hall if that means i'm married to you" i laugh. "ew, but please not city hall" i grimace. "definitely not city hall" she shakes her head with the same look as me. "hey you two, wanna come mini golfing with james' family and us?" mum asks, elizabeth and madison behind them. "i could really use a break from looking at wedding dresses" elle laughs exhaustedly. "so is that a yes?" elizabeth asks hopefully. "yeah, sure." i nod. "wait, will andrew be there?" elle asks with a worried look. "yeah" mum nods. "then i'm going to wear a sweater" elle sighs and walks to her closet. they leave and i stay seated on elle's bed. "you know what? maybe i'll make him a little jealous of you. we'll play with him a little" elle suggests. "bet he gets a boner half an hour in" i clap. "i'd say probably a little sooner" she smiles. "we'll see"
