"Wow that's a lot of money. So all you had to do was stalk her nothing us?"

"Actually no. At Mr. And Mrs. Kinkaid's home in Los Angeles I was suppose to break in and attack her."

"Attack her?

How?"

"Sexually."

"Rape her?"

"He said if I felt like it go for it."

"But you didn't."

"No sir.

I didn't even go to the bands last few concert I was done."

"And why is that?"

"I didn't feel right about it."

"So what happened when you told Doug that?"

"He was upset. He said he wanted his money back. So I wrote him a check."

"What did he actually say to you?"

"He said if I didn't have the balls to do it he'd just do it himself."

"He'd just do it himself.

You may step down."

My dad comes back sitting next to me.

"Wow that was good!"

"Ok Mr. Thomas your witness."

"I call Doug Black."

Doug walks up getting sworn in.

"Mr Black. The plaintiff is claiming you broke into her and her husband's home, attacked her and tried to rape her. Are any of these accusations true?"

"No they're not."

"They're not?

And explain why is that?"

"Because she invited me in and even initiated."

I what now?

"So how did she aquire so many injuries?"

"What can I say she likes it rough. Right Dominic?"

He winks as he says that.

I can see the rage building up in Dominic's eyes. I reach over putting my hand on his knee giving it a squeeze.

"But when Dominic walked in on us is when she cried rape."

"So she never told you no at any point?"

"No."

"Your witness."

"So Mr. Black you say she invited you in?"

"Yes."

"So why does the CCTV footage show you climbing the west wall of there home?"

My dad puts a DVD into the player. We all watch it and see Doug using a ladder to climb over the wall!

"Anything to say?"

He doesn't answer.

"Ok.

You claim Mrs. Kinkaid likes it "rough"? So how did she get bruised ribs, and a broken nose, plus a concession?"

Doug doesn't answer again.

"So you've got nothing to say?"

Again nothing.

"That actually says more then you think."

After Doug sat back down we took a thirty minute recess. There was a pizza place right next to the court house so we went and had some lunch.

"So how do you think it's going so far?"

"With Doug not answering my questions that just shows his guilt. But when we have you and and Candice take the stand are the clinchers for us."

I just can't wait for all this to finally be over with.
