"Y'all come in here with daddy real quick. I got a song, I want y'all to listen to."

"What song daddy?"

"I'm finna play it for you, y'all just come in here."

All while holding hands, Devin, Dae'sha, and Diamond followed Dino down into the basement where his private studio was.

Inside, was a normal sized black leather couch, along with a charcoal colored piano sitting off in the corner.

Dino had written many a songs in this place and had played a few over the years on this exact piano.

He'd bought it not too long ago, for the music he planned on writing in the future. Not only that, but when they were old enough, he was also going to teach his children how to play the piano as well.

He wasn't so sure if they were going to follow his footsteps by pursuing a career in music, but if they ever decided to do so, he wanted to be the one to show them everything they needed to know.

He couldn't risk having someone else come in and showing them the ins and outs of the music industry, when he can do it himself.

"Whoa, daddy this place is huge."

It really wasn't compared, to all of the other studio's he'd been in, but to a nine year old, everything looked a lot bigger and better than it truly was.

"Yeah? Y'all come sit right here next to me. Don't touch nothing either, Diamond get away from that couch and come over here."

Diamond climbed off of the couch and slowly walked over to her dad, with her hands behind her back.

He sat her securely in his lap, as Dae'sha and Devin sat on each side of him at the piano.

"Y'all know what this is?" He asked, as he pulled back the cover, revealing black and white keys.

"I do, it's a piano," Dae'sha said proudly.

Devin and Diamond were the only ones who looked confused at whatever it was, that they were looking at.

He expected his two oldest kids to know the answer, because he'd taken them to the studio with him plenty of times when they were younger, but Diamond was just a baby then and he didn't expect her to remember a thing.

"What's a piano daddy?" Devin asked this time.

"Daddy uses this to play his music on it, right daddy?" Dae'sha spoke for him.

Dino nodded and smiled, "right booga."

"Oh, well, how you play it?"

"You know how to play Dae'sha?"

"No, but I want to."

"You do?"

"Yeah daddy, when I get big, I'm go'n sing and play the piano just like you."

Dino raised his eyebrows in surprise, he hadn't heard Dae'sha sing a tune yet, then again, he himself didn't come into his voice, until he was around fifteen or sixteen, so he was willing to give her a few more years, before testing her on that.

"That's what you want to do when you grow up?"

"Yeah." Dae'sha nodded.

Dino turned to his son and rubbed the top of his head, "what about you daddy? What you want to do?"

"I want to sing too." Devin sounded very confident in his answer, though Dino was sure he only said this, because his big sister said it first.

"Okay, well can you sing?"
