*February 1995*

Whenever Dino and Dana seemed to be ahead in life, they would end up taking ten steps backwards. The devil was starting to show his ass. Life wasn't getting any easier for them, but a lot harder.

H-Town released their second studio album Beggin' After Dark in early November of '94, and it failed to do numbers. Dana was genuinely confused, the album in itself bored many hits, and yet there wasn't a single song played on the radio.

Knockin' Da Boots had gotten way more airtime, and it came out over a year ago. The boys were much different now, their sound was different. They were older, and knew what direction they wanted to go in.

Dino was coming into his own, because he'd written and produced majority of the songs on the album.

Three months later since their album released and fans around the world were left wondering if H-Town was even still relevant.

That was very disappointing to say the least, because they'd worked so hard. Though he never spoke on it, Dana could tell that Dino was most effected by it.

Regardless of the disappointing album sales, Dino continued to work in the studio on new songs, and in just a few short months, H-Town would be set to headline their own tour.

Dana had very high hopes for this tour, maybe now would she and Dino be able to finally see the money rolling in.

Since the album wasn't selling like they'd hoped, all they had to rely on, were the upcoming shows, and they needed it to be a huge success to keep them from sinking.

Luke kept his word, Dana started taking classes in mid September. There was no disclosed conversation between her and Luke about what all he had to do to get her started.

All she knew was that it was payed for, and that was it. She was more than thankful, this was an opportunity, she never thought she'd ever get a chance to have in life, and it finally happened.

Dana had finally found her place in life. She was getting closer to making that dream of owning her own restaurant, a reality.

However, happy times were never guaranteed in Dana's world. Because the album was not getting promoted as it should've been, the boys had to self promote, rather it was by doing a CD signing, doing warm up shows, or even performing on TV, by all means they had to make it happen.

And even after all that, they were still struggling to keep afloat. Lately, Dana had begun to crack down more and more on the bills. She couldn't risk having another scare, like what happened with the electricity.

However, because she didn't have any money of her own coming in, she had to constantly get on Dino, who would only avoid the situation by ignoring her or just not speaking on the matter at all.

He was still very set in his ways over the album, so much so, that the bills seemed to be the last thing on his mind.

Needless to say, Dana had grown tired of trying to get his attention, and somewhere down the line, regular conversation, turned into full blown arguments.

Their communication level was at an all time low, Dana always yelled and Dino never listened to her. On top of that, he'd started disappearing yet again.

The few times he would come home, he and Dana would end up arguing, only for him to leave out that same night, and never return.

Back then when H-Town first came up, Dino would call home every single day, nowadays Dana was lucky enough to get a simple hello from him.
