*June 1994*
"Dino, you better not drop me in this water."
"Why not? You don't know how to swim?"
"I can swim just fine, you just better not get my hair wet."
"It's already wet," Dino took his hand out of the water and ran it along Dana's hair just to piss her off.
"Dino, stop!"
Dino dropped his hands down as if he were going to let Dana go, and this made her panic. She locked both of her arms tightly around his neck and screamed.
Though he never actually let her go, Dino could not stop laughing. Dana knew how childish he could be, but this time he'd gone too far.
She mushed his face and paddled her way back to the surface. She was done swimming for the day, Dino was playing with her life and she wasn't having it, "see what I mean? You get on my damn nerves!"
Dino moved over to where Dana sat and stood between her legs as he tried containing his laughter, "baby! Baby, I was just playing."
"That's your problem, you're always playing." Dana folded her arms and looked in the other direction. She ignored his pleas, but if she were to look him in the eye, he would instantly be forgiven.
He moved closer so that they were only inches away from each other's face, "bae, I promise I ain't go'n play around no more."
The smirk on his face, made it hard for her to believe him. She knew him all too well, he played around A LOT, even when it was hella annoying, but at the same time cute.
Dino was the type to get on your nerves, but also make it hard for you to stay mad at him. Whenever they argued, Dana was the first to cave.
"I'm sorry," planting both of his hands onto her legs, Dino leaned in to kiss her face, "hmm? I love you." As if his voice wasn't seductive enough, he had to start whispering in her ear too.
So far, Dana had done a good job at holding her own, she just didn't need to look at him. His eyes were like magnets, and were very hard to look away from him.
When he moved his lips down to her neck, she nearly folded. She was such a weakling. He knew exactly where to kiss and to touch her. If he were to go any further, her clothes were coming off.
"You're so annoying," she whined.
She broke.
"You want me to stop?" Dino had both of his arms around Dana's lower back, his lips deep in her neck.
"Yesss," Dana lied, if she really wanted him to move, she would've gotten up a long time ago. Her lips may have said yes, but her body was screaming no.
Her lower body was slowly taking control of her mind. If she don't get away from Dino soon, ain't no telling what she go'n let him do.
"No you don't," he chuckled.
She didn't.
Her nails dug into his back, as she let him suck on her most sensitive spot. He must've been hitting the gym a lot lately, because he was starting to look a little husky, or maybe it was the food she fed him.
That scrawny little boy she managed to fall in love with, had since been gone. He was a grown ass man now, and a fine one at that.
"Dana, Deborah on the phone for you."
Leave it up to Shanteah to kill the mood. And to think, Dino was seconds away from sliding her bottoms off.
Funny how Dana had forgotten that she was there in the first place. Shanteah mostly kept to herself and stayed out of the way, when or if she was even at home.
