Klaus cleared his throat as he caught you shaking one of the gifts for you. "You only have to wait a few hours." He said, chuckling when you jumped.
"I was just... um." You stuttered and grabbed at one of the bows Rebekah had missed when she and Hayley tidied up after wrapping Hope's stocking presents. "Surprise! I'm your Christmas present." You said as you balanced the ribbon on his head.
Klaus smiled and shot you a look as you fidgeted and tried to look innocent. He motioned for you to follow him with a crook of his finger. "If Hope can manage to wait until Christmas, so can you." He jerked his head at you room and chuckled when you dawdled, knowing you were waiting for him to leave. "I knew you'd come looking for your gifts, so I hid your real ones, I had Kol fill those boxes with junk." He grinned when you gawked at him as he shut your bedroom door before heading to his own.
