or the voices in my head start screaming your name
and what happened may have been shitty
could have been unforgivable
but i look to you
and forgive
and everyone questions why
i get the same damn questions everyday
"why put up with her?"
"she's not good for you just leave her"
but what they don't understand is it's because i care
because you're my best friend
and the amount that i care about and love you
is endless
that it's impossible to walk away
because what we have right now is good
and i don't want to change it
because you make me feel endless happiness
