Practically no one was left. It was almost time for bed. Carl disappeared this morning, so I was left to walk around alone. The place had got so deeply depressing, no one cared anymore. No one worked, no one smiled, no one even bothered to change or shower this morning. We were all moping around, we had all lost close ones now. Each and every one of us.
Someone accidentally bumped into me, they didn't bother looking up or apologising. They just walked away, but at this point why would they care? I didn't.
I sat at one of the cafe tables and pressed my head harshly against my palm. Everyone was disappearing, but no one knew where to. No notes, no words, no goodbyes. The world was falling a part, more than it already was and faster too. Happiness didn't even exist anymore.
I thought about all my memories with Negan, Hecate and even Carl too. But, apparently it wasn't just the Sanctuary. When Negan had returned from the Hilltop, a lot of people were missing from there too.
