Kyo stood up quickly.
"Well you healed fast."
Tohru said angrily while crying over Yuki.
Kyo yelled at Hayate,
"Kid! I don't know your name, but talk to Yuki. Has he officially died yet?"
Hayate spoke annoyingly,
"My names Hayate and I'll try."
Hayate stared at the spirit in the corner. He knew it was Yuki, but was unable to talk to him.
Yuki kept saying something over and over again. Hayate couldn't hear it.
If I can't hear him...what if he's still partially alive?
Hayate thought while running a hand through his hair.
"Check his heart beat."
Tohru put her ear against Yuki's chest hearing his heart beat faintly.
"It's barely there. We may be able to do something."
Tohru screamed. Kenta sat next to Yuki unable to process in his mind that Yuki had just basically died.
Kyo quickly took Tohru's hand.
"I understand what you're going through and I know you're mad at me, but please lets just forget about it to help Yuki."
She pulled her hand away nodding slowly.
"What should we do? His heart isn't going to beat forever!"
Kyo had an idea and he wasn't sure of it was going to work or not.
"We're immortal right?"
"Yes as in we wouldn't be able to die from illness and can heal easier from things like car accidents and getting stabbed and stuff."
Kyo nodded liking the answer Tohru gave him.
"So...you drank blood from Yuki?"
"When I was in the hospital."
Kyo quickly moved Yuki's body against the wall sitting him upwards.
Kyo pointed to the bite marks on Yuki's neck.
"Bite him again."
Tohru's jaw dropped,
"No way!"
Kyo gave Tohru a reassuring smile,
"Please Tohru. He's still partially alive. If you turn him into a vampire he'll be immortal and will heal easier. It's a long shot, but trying could save him."
Tohru looked at the bite marks left on Yuki's next.
"Here's another way to put it, Tohru..if you don't do it I will!"
Kyo said while crossing his arms.
"Fine.."
Tohru leaned into Yuki and bit him.
When she pulled away she felt refreshed and not hungry anymore. The pale skin she had was no longer as pale and her eyes were a brighter shade of red.
"What do we do now?"
Tohru said while wiping the blood from her mouth with the back of her hand.
