My mind swirled as the alcohol swirled down my throat. Leaving my lungs burning. The feeling though was sensational. I couldn't even remember why I was upset. It all seemed to brush off my bare shoulders. My worries floating away with my common sense. I felt my once tensed muscles relax. I sighed, leaning against the counter. I had to find my friend. She was somewhere, unless she went with some guy. I hope she didn't because she was my ride. I guess I woul dhave to get a ride or walk home if she was. I glanced around. Everything was slightly blurred. I was in like a daze. I closed my eyes to the pounding music, letting my head sway along. I opened my eyes and stumbled over to the living room. People grinded up against each other as they twisted around to the melody. I joined along. Dancing in the crowd. My hips moving in a circular motion.

Then a guy hands went to my waist.

I spun around. I met eyes to a guy who in now way was ugly. He was handsome. But he was as drunk as I was. But that's what you do at parties. I stood still for a second. He stared at me with a confused expression.

Forget Y/N. Forget everything. Do what everyone else is.

I smirked and started to dance against him. He turned me so he was behind me. I rolled my head against his chest as our drunk ora's mashed into this swirl of wrong behaviors. But it was so right. Sweat gathered at my forehead and my world was at a fast motion pace.

"Why don't I take you somewhere." He whispered huskily. My breath hitched as he said that against my hair. He sloppily kissed my neck. I giggled. He groaned and then I shut up.I nodded. Without speaking a word.

Forget Y/N. Please just forget.

He grabbed my wrist quite forcefully and pulled me along with him through the people to the backdoor. I winced as I almost had to run to keep up.

Wait what are you doing Y/N? You are drunk not stupid.

I started to restrain.

Just drink your worries away don't sleep with anyone though.

Wait. Why do I care? No one cares about me anyways. Stop worrying. It will be fine.

He glanced back with an annoyed expression, then pulled harder. I shakily followed him to the door and outside. The fresh cool air hitting my skin made me have shivers up my spine. As soon as we got down the steps he shoved me against the wall. I hit my head, my eyes closing for a second as pain surged through my brain. I opened to see his hands pinning me against the wall. His face looked friendly a few feet away rather than inches. I gulped. His lips attacked my jaw. I cringed.

Come on don't be lame Y/N.

I replaced my displeasured face with a grin. But then one of his hands started to roam down my shirt. And my breath stopped. I sucked in my stomach. He glared at me. His eyes filled with frustration.

"Come on kitty don't resist me now," He grabbed my waist. HIs fingers digging into my skin. I squeaked. "Be a good girl. Don't you want to grow up and be part of the real world?" He asked wickedly. I stared at him bewildered.

"Uh n-no," I slurred.

"Yes you do shut up. I am getting what I want. Whether you scream or not."

What did I do?

I squeezed my eyes shut. I did such a wrong thing. I should of never nodded. What am I doing!

Then the hands were ripped away from me.

I opened my eyes to see another guy. Shoving the man to the ground.

"If she says no that means no you scumbag!" The guy exclaimed sand kicked the other in the chest. He inhaled as the kick knocked the wind out of him. My savior started to punch him over and over. Until the other was knocked cold. I stared with big eyes. The guy stood and looked at me. "Are you okay?"

"I didn't need your help!" I defended. Feeling angry. He chuckled and walked up to me.

"Yes you did. But I will let you be right because I can tell you are drunk," He lightly grabbed my wrist and examined it. My soft finger tenderly feeling my skin. When he got to the spot I was grabbed I tensed. "Right there?" He asked, looking up at me.

"I am not dunk. I only ate uh 8 shots," I protested.

"Yes you ate 8 shots," He smiled. I narrowed my eyes at him. "Do you have a ride?" He asked. I shook my head.

"I am not leaving."

"I will drive you home. By the way, I am Shawn."

"Y/N."

"Well nice to meet you Y/N. First we are going to get some ice on that wrist and then I will get you out of here. Okay?" I didn't say anything. "I am not like that guy okay? I won't hurt you." the I bit my lip and nodded. He started to guide me inside.

"I am fine I promise-" I tripped over my feet and fell. He then picked me up.

"Okay you can't walk. I can help." He scooped me up. "I am just going to get you ice when I take you home okay? And I am just carrying you to my car also right?"

"Right," I whispered. I leaned my head against this stranger's chest. His smell of cologne and mint made me feel better already. Why was I letting this guy help me?

Well I am really drunk. And this would be the most morally right thing of the night for me.

In his car, we were both silent except for the music playing quietly in the background. I felt a little more sober after he gave me a water bottle that was in his car.

"How do you feel?" He asked generously.

"Sick. Stupid. Crazy," I replied simply.

"You are not stupid if I know what you are referring to. Did you know he would advance like that?"

"No," I said recalling the events, "I knew that he wanted to go outside. And he was kissing my neck inside. I figured when he asked to go somewhere else we would end up just making out because I had been doing that like all night. But then he wanted to take it farther." I stared out the window. Feeling the world start to slow down a little.

"Well I am glad I was being bored outside or I wouldn't have noticed," Shawn started laughing. I smiled small. Admiring him trying to make light of the dark situation a little.

"Thank you."

"Anytime. I have a sister. She is younger. An angel. If anything like that happened to her I would kill every person around that either didn't help nor did it to her. So of course I wouldn't let that happen to anyone else."

"What is her name?" I muttered.

"Aaliyah. She is a pain but I do love her."

"She sounds great," I replied gently. He nodded. He pulled up to my house after me directing him.

Inside, he walked me to my kitchen and to the kitchen. He picked me up and placed me on the counter. Then I watched him stroll to the freezer and grab an ice pack. He walked back over and carefully wrapped it around my wrist.

"That should do. Do you have any family here?"

"No I am 18 so I live here alone."

"Do you need me to call someone to come make sure you are okay?"

"No one is close enough or cares enough." I pursed my lips together. He sighed.

"Okay." He grabbed a bowl out of the cabinet (After looking through every other one and me having to tell him). "I can stay."

"Are you sure?" I asked shocked.

"Yeah I am supposed to be sleeping over at my friends anyways."

"Oh. Thank you."

"It is fine. But now you have to be my friend I warn you." I laughed.

"Okay."
