Chapter 35:

*Karen's Café*

Haley walked into the café and seen Karen standing next to Keith laughing they were both laughing and Haley couldn't help but smile at the scene in front of her. She had really thought about it but she had to admit that she missed coming into the café every single day. And then seen see Lucas to her right hand side sitting at a booth. She walked up to him and sat across from him.

"Hi Haley" Lucas said smiling at her. "Hi Lucas." he said a bit unsure why he had wanted to see her so urgent. "Your probably wondering why I wanted to talk to you" he said noticing how quiet she was. She simply nodded, "Yeah I actually was, so what happened?" she asked him. "Well first of all I wanted to apologize to you Haley you didn't deserve the way I treated you and you will never know how sorry I am for treating you that way can you please forgive?" he asked her.

Haley remained silent thinking she missed her best fried but the way he treated her was not him she still couldn't understand why he was treating her that way. "Why Lucas why would you treat me that way?" she asked him. "Im not proud of the way I treated you Hales and I honestly don't know I got so caught up in being popular that I wanted to fit in for once." She simply nodded "And I wasnt popular so you decided to treat me bad to fit in and make all new friends."

He couldn't even answer he was so ashamed of his actions that couldnt look at her in her eyes. "Yea and now I know I should have never done that can you please forgive Haley?" he asked her. "Lucas I honestly didnt care if you made the team great for you but the way you treated me, after so many years of friendship I really wish that you would have thought about that before the way you acted." she said he remained silent he didn't know what else to say so she could forgive him. She let out a sigh "I want you to know that no matter what you will always be my best friend so yes I will forgive you because not matter what your stuck with me"

Lucas couldn't believe what he was hearing he knew Haley had a big heart but he wasnt expecting for her to forgive him so easily, but in the other hand she was always the forgiven type she he was glad to have her as his best friend. He got up and got her up an hugged her tightly "Thank you so much Haley honestly this mean the world to me you will never know how much it mean thank you!!!" he said very happy. "Okay but cant... breath.." she said because he was hugging her to tight.

They sat back down and then Karen and Keith walked up to them "Well we are so glad that you two could be friends again and set aside you problems" Karen said as she had her arm around Keith's waist and he had his arm around her shoulder. Haley and Lucas both smiled at them "Yeah I sure am glad that Haley forgave me." with that Keith and Karen walked away not before giving them a piece of pie and some coffee each. "So Im guessing you know about the whole situation with Peyton" Lucas said and Haley nodded.

"Yeah she told me" Haley simply said. "I also made a mistake with her I hurt her and I wish I could take back everything I said and did to her but I cant." Lucas said. Haley could tell that he was upset about it. "Look you know that I really don't like to get involved into other peoples personal business but I see the way you look at her and they way she looks at you and its so obvious that you two belong together and it's sad to see how much both of you guys are hurting." Haley said.

"I know I made a mistake but I want to make it right I want to be with her but I don't know what to do to convince her that we were meant to be" Lucas said. Haley seen how desperate he was even though she was hesitant about how to help them "I seriously can see you two like this so Im going to help you win her over." she said which caught Lucas by surprise. "Your serious right now Haley?" he asked her not completely sure, she nodded. "Yes but this is going to take a lo of energy and think especially from your part okay" he nodded and then they got to thinking what to do.

*Peyton's House*

Peyton was in her room listening to music when she heard a knock on her room door she looked up from her desk where she was drawing and seen Nathan Scott standing there. "Hey Peyton I know its pretty weird to see me standing here but I was hoping we could talk?" he asked her, she stood up and nodded gesturing him to sit down on her bed. "I need help Peyton and I know I have no right to ask you but I really need I and your the only person that can help me." she looked at him and seen how desperate he was. "Help in what Nathan?" she asked him.

He knew this wasnt going to be easy but it was the only way since she and Haley became such good friends. "Is this about Haley?" Peyton asked him noticing that he was having trouble asking her for the favor and since Haley is the only thing that they would be able to talk about Peyton thought it would be best that she started the conversation. He looked at her and knew that she knew what had happened last night. He simply nodded "Yeah it is I really need your help Sawyer please I really like Haley but she wontgive me a chance."

Peyton sighed she knew this would not be easy but she had to do it because as much as she disliked Nathan she knew that her friend liked him but first she had to see if he had really changed. "Why Nathan why Haley I mean you could have any other girl and you have but why Haley?" she asked him. "Because Haley is different she didn't want anything to do with me at first because she's no that type of girl, she didn't fall for my "I'm Nathan Scott basketball big shot player" she didn't care about that and little by little I started to notice that she wasnt intersed in being populr and she got to see the real me not the person I act when ever Im around a group of guys and I cant stop thinking about her"

She remained quiet after he finished his little rant he looked at her "Im sorry I knew this was a bad idea" he said walking towards her door to leave. "Nathan wait I never said I wouldn't help you I just wanted to know if you were serious about wanting to be with Haley hats all, and I see that you were so I will help you but not because of you but because of Haley because I know she likes you too but she is to scared to admit it." Nathan wasnt thinking when he walked up to Peyton and kissed her on the cheek and hugged her "Thank you so much honestly you don't know how much this means to me thank you Sawyer." Peyton couldn't help but smile.

Their freshman year when the began to date they wouldn't call each other by their first names instead they call each other by their last names so Peyton was Sawyer to Nathan and Nathan was Scott to Peyton. She was surprised to see herself hugging him back. "And I also wanted to apologize to you too" she looked at him surprised 1 because she didn't know what he was apologizing for and second because she never thought she would see the day that Nathan Scott would apologize to someone especially her. "Im sorry for the way I treated you when we were together and Im sorry for trash talking about you after you didn't deserve it"

Peyton was taking by his apology "Thank you for that I know it must have been hard to do that so I appreciate it, so now lets talk about how your going to win Haley over." they sat on her bed trying to think of the best way for Haley to give him a chance by the time he was about to leave they had came up with some pretty good ones, "Well I will talk to someone who is better at this then me and Ill talk to you in a few days to talk" she said and they hugged goodbye and he left.

*Lucas House*

He had just got home from having a nice conversation with Haley about everything he has missed out on since they stopped talking and she catched him to speed about her life and the guys life's Skills, Mouth, Fergie, and Junk's life. He reminded himself that he also had to go talk to them to apologize to them too for the way he acted. He knew it wasnt going to be easy but he was going to try to be there friend again, he was in the middle of reading one of his favorite books when he heard a knock on his door. He got up and opened it and was surprised to see who it was...

WHEN I WOULD WATCH ONE TREE HILL I WAS PRETTY UPSET BECAUSE THEY REALLY DDT GIVE FERGIE AND JUNK A STORYLINE THEY WOULD ONLY BE HERETO MAKE IT MORE.

SO I DECIDED TO HAVE THEM IN MY STRY AND TO ADD SOME LOVE STORY FOR THEM!
