I called my aunt and told her that I was coming to spend a few days with her. I'm not really happy about staying there because she told me her man was back.

As I stepped in the yard with Jace, me see bare man a smoke. This never use to gwan inna my yard enuh.

Now me kinda regret me decision. But it's only for a few days.

"Me niece" my aunt said as I entered the house.

She took Jace from me and start tickling him. He's giggling like crazy.

"Yuh good a wah happen?" she asked.

"Me and Jaden just nah get along right now and my new apartment isn't ready as yet." 

"Hmph Janay yuh really a do this whole pregnancy thing by yourself AGAIN! she said emphasizing on the "Again"

"I'm not alone and Jaden way different from Alex. Jaden will take care a him pikney regardless a wah me and him have" 

"Financially yes, but you ago need help" she said.

I sighed "Me nah worry myself  enuh, things will eventually work out the way it's suppose to" 

"Me clean up yuh room still and I can't say me no glad fi the lil company" she said.

After our little chat, I went to sleep. My aunt kept Jace the whole time. Yuh want see how she well dress him up and carry him go road wid har. He was feeling a lot better and I just hope Shay is getting better as well.

It's been a week since I left Jaden's house and I can't say I don't miss being there. I was suppose to move in my apartment but some of my furniture wasn't delivered as yet. I'm okay where I'm at but Jermy and him bagga man dem inna di yard everyday a get to me. As early as cock put on him draws dem deh ya a drink, smoke and pon dem phone a bang eh line. Me no know how my auntie keep up wid this but me can't tell har how fi live har life.

I just don't want my child to be in this environment, because scamming always come wid problems. Most time I'm at work, so dem no really bother me. Just the awkward stares when I'm coming out in the morning just makes me uneasy and my aunt insist on keep Jace while I'm at work and I can't help but worry sometimes about his safety. I'm definitely leaving before this weekend though if a even fi buy a blow up bed.

Jaden haven't called me and I think about calling him to check on Shay a few times, but I just never wanted to hear his voice. I wish she had her own phone.

He should've reached out to me but I guess he is giving me space.

I stopped by Timera's Air bnb because this weekend was Kacey's birthday and I really haven't spoke with them since I moved out of Jaden's house.

"So Friday your having a party at the club, Saturday it's a beach party and Sunday is brunch?"  I asked Kacey.

"Yes girl so make sure your prepared. No excuses" she replied.
