POV: Smiley
Great. The author thought it would be funny if there was a symmetry in the first few chapters with each narrator taking a turn starting their chapters with the same word. So, he decided I needed to say something here even though I have nothing to add to the story at this point. I just said, "How human of you." You know "human" as in idiotic. I really should have found a more talented author to record our thoughts. It is just that I had a history with this guy.
I will add one more thing. At least the author is done with those rewinds. Really, it is a bit tedious to revisit the same conversation twice even if it does give you the separate perspectives of those involved. I promise I won't allow that anymore. Now, you won't hear from me again until I have something to add to the story.
