Preview: Chris and Kai struggle to conceal their powers during a dinner with Kais boss and his wife

In the peaceful, friendly town known as Mystic Falls. People got along with one another. For the most part

In a house in the middle of Mystic Falls lived a newlywed couple who were new arrivals a guy called Chris and his husband Malachai

Chris was a normal extraordinary witch and so was Malachai who tried their best to hide there powers amongst all the humans

The duo wanted to live normal lives along with everyone else who was ordinary whilst they shared a love with one another like no other

Chris was in the kitchen rushing around making sandwiches for them both. Kai walked into the room and caught Chris as he fell into him "Good thing you walked in" Chris laughed holding onto him

"I can always sense when your in trouble, Chris" Kai said while letting Chris stand back on his feet

"What do you say to a turkey sandwich, sausage roll, crisps and a coffee for work?" Chris went back to making food

"I'd say, you should let the actual cook handle the kitchen stuff" Kai came over to Chris and took over the food. He then stood there and looked at the calendar on the wall "Chris what's this?" Kai pointed at today's date which had the letter 'D' scribbled onto it

"Hmm" Chris hummed "Erm...well that's....well I know what that is. Don't you?"

"Of course I know I was just checking if you did" Kai lied not wanting to be wrong

Chris squinted his eyes at Kai suspiciously "Why don't you tell me what it means if your so sure?" He challenged

Kai looked up at the ceiling and around the room "Erm" He then looked at his watch "Oh look at that I'm late for work" He walked off to leave

"Nice save, genius" Chris grabbed Kais bag "Wait!" Kai turned back and Chris threw the bag at him, which he caught "You'd forget your head if it wasn't screwed on"

Kai came over and kissed Chris on his cheek and went for the door "Have a good day love" He then left to go to work

Chris went over to the calendar and looked at it confusingly until the door knocked, he went and answered it to reveal a smiling dirty blonde haired man holding a flower pot, he walked in and handed him the pot "Hello. I'm one of your neighbours. The names Klaus. Sorry I didn't come by earlier but my father came to town, so I left" He laughed

Klaus then walked into the house "So what's your name? Where did you come from? But most importantly how are your skills at monopoly?"

Chris caught up with him after shutting the door "The names Christopher but just call me Chris"

He then smiled and stared at him "Chris...lovely" He then looked around "Wow you got here quickly didn't you. Did you use a moving company?"

Chris was stunted a little and quickly tried to come up with something "Er yeah of course. They don't just magically appear here themselves now do they" He awkwardly laughed at Klaus and he chuckled along

"So what's your situation, huh. You single? And if you are I probably have a few friends I could hook you up with?" Klau asked him

"Oh no, I'm actually married" Chris told him

He tilted his head and scanned Chris with his eyes "Well you don't have a ring on? So I just assumed"

"I'm positive I'm married. To a man to be corrected. He's also tall I assure you" Chris said and Klaus winked at that "In fact we have something going on later for the two of us"
