Anirudh stumbles a few steps back as whatever Bondita said echoes in his ears!

He starts laughing considering it to be one of her evil jokes but stops laughing once he looks at her staring at him dumbfounded.
She says," Yeh aap ese kyu hass rahe hai? Aapko lag raha hai ki mai mazaak kar rahi hu?"
Anirudh says, sweatbeads forming on his forehead," Tum mazaak nhi kar rahi ho?" Bondita shakes her head in denial as he rushes closer to her.
He says holding her shoulder," Yeh kesi baat hai Bondita? Mai.. tum... Kese yaarr?"
Bondita says taking a step back, "Kese kya, zyada dino ki baat nhi hai, jald hi mai Tulsipur wapis aa jaungi, fir sabkuch pehle jesa!"
"Tab tak kya?" He says whining. Bondita says shrugging her shoulders," Kuch bhi nhi!"
He says rapidly, "Tumhe yeh dar lag raha hai na ki koi hame dekh lega, toh I promise, din mai main tumhare aas paas bhatkunga bhi nhi. Aur raat ko dhyaan rakhkar khidki darwaze band karne ki zimmedari meri!"
Bondita says shaking her head in denial, "Nhi, ham risk nhi le sakte, isliye yeh final hai ki jab tak ham Krishnanagar mai hai tab tak ham koi romance nhi karenge!"
Anirudh nods, but mutters under his breath," We'll See!"

Later in midnight, Anirudh's eyes flutter open as he smiles looking at his wife sleeping soundly. But it soon changes into a frown as he notices the distance between them.
Usually she would be all cudly, but today she was sleeping so far away. A mischief strikes his mind as he shifts a bit closer to her.
He smiles looking at her sleeping and calm face as he brushes the hair strands off her face. He pokes her nose twice making her scrunch her nose in irritation.
He giggles silently as he pokes her cheek making her frown in sleep and turn her back to him. He raises a bit from his position and blows on her neck making her squirm.
