The following morning Zhao Yunlan is the one who wakes up first. Shen Wei is still peacefully resting in his warm embrace. To Yunlan's relief, Shen Wei's coloring came back after he got a good resting night.

Little angel?

Yes, Master?

Can you ask Da Ge to prepare food for Xiao Wei? I don't want to wake him up yet.

Okay master! Anything special?

No, I'm sure Da Ge is eager to cook for him. Yunlan can't help but giggle which causes Shen Wei to stir in his sleep.

"Hmm?"

"Go back to sleep, Xiao Wei." Yunlan lures Shen Wei back to sleep with a soothing hum.

"Little Angel, can you go get your parents? Foods is ready" Da Qing asks; whenever little angel stays in child form; everyone starts to call him Yunlan and Wei kid.

"Okay~~" Little angel chirps before leaving the kitchen.

"Daddy ~ Mommy~ We have feast ready~~" Little angel chirps while jumping onto their bed, waking up the lovebirds.

"Damn little angel. Can't you wake us up differently?" Yunlan grumbles while Shen Wei lovingly pats little angel's child form who is currently purring in content in Shen Wei embrace. Sometimes it's hard to not think of little angel as their kid with all the resemblances between the child and their father.

"Come on, freshen up. Da Ge will be sad if we don't go eat soon. I'm sure he is dying to fatten you up." Yunlan teasingly said but they both know that it is the truth. Da Qing will be an overprotective mother-hen to Shen Wei for a while until he feels Shen Wei is healthy enough.

"Let's go. Little angel where is little devil? I haven't seen him since yesterday." Shen Wei asks while walking to kitchen for their breakfast.

"In the kitchen. We were eating before your Da Ge asked me to wake you guys up."

"How is he feeling?" Shen Wei worriedly asks.

"Xiao Wei, can't you feel his energy?" Yunlan surprising asks.

"No, too weak. I can barely feel my own energy." Shen Wei honestly replies.

"He is fine, mommy. He was hungry so we started eating before anyone else. Master's gege was up before dawn and cooking so we had plenty of food to eat." Little angel chirps.

"I guess it's my turn to fatten myself." Shen Wei sighs just thinking about his future plates of food.

"Wei Di! Come and eat." Da Qing cheerfully said when they arrived.

"Morning Da Ge. I'm here too" Yunlan pouts when his Da Ge just ignores him.

"Hello Didi. Do join us. I cook enough for everyone." Da Qing sweetly said.

"We can see that. You cook enough for the entire village." Shen Wei said in dismay while eyeing all the dishes that are overflowing the kitchen table and the tea table."

"Ha...ha. I kind of got carried away." Da Qing sheepishly said to his didi who don't know whether to grimace for their stomach's faith or smile indulgently.

"Well, we might as well invite others. I haven't had a chance to speak with everyone since I woke up. Where is Wang Zheng and Sang Zhan? How are they handling themselves?" Shen Wei inquires while enjoying food.

"You can meet and talk but you are still recuperating so don't even think about doing anything but recovering yourself first, Wei di." Da Qing sternly said.
