Chapter 17 - I'm So Stupid

[Robin's POV]

As soon as I felt his lips on mine, I froze.

He... He's kissing me...

I never got that far even with Garrett since he couldn't hold it, so we would just laugh and kiss.

We had our lips pressed together for a few seconds before we pulled back, looking surprised at each other.

"I..." I said, not knowing what to say.

He was quiet before he grunted and looked down, taking my waist and carefully pulling me off his lap on the couch.

He then got up, not looking at me.

"I, umm... I'm not hungry. Go on. Have dinner without me," he mumbled, and stormed off.

I gulped and felt tears stream down my face.

He doesn't like me... Then again... Why would he?

He probably wants to learn about love so he can love someone else anyway. Once he knows, he'll kill me. I just know it.

I'm so stupid....

I was spooked by a hand on my shoulder and gapsed, seeing it was SlenderMan.

"Why are you crying? What did Jeff do?" he asked.

I gulped and just looked down. "Just... Just a disagreement, I suppose..." I mumbled.

He only looked... ummm, yeah.... at me before I heard him sigh.

"Come eat. We'll discuss this later" he said.

"We don't have to, sir," I said.

"Then let me talk with Jeff," he said. "You eat. You will be weaker if you avoid a meal."

I gulped and nodded, getting up and walking towards the kitchen, him behind me.

As I walked, I knew Slenderman was listening to my thoughts. Sally tells me he has that ability, and many others.

I wonder....

[Jeff's POV]

That kiss.... It felt so strange to me.....

I touched my lips and sighed.

I guess walking away from her like thatwasn't so smart.

I pulled off my hoodie and decided to just catch some sleep.
