Aspen: "She's out of the tomb?" she asks while grabbing some stuff out of her locker and Stefan leans against the one next to hers
Stefan: "Yeah. We're dealing with it, all right? Just be extra careful. She's getting a little too good at impersonating Elena." he says and she closes her locker, turning and grabbing onto his arm, making him give her a confused look as she kisses her teeth and letting him go
Aspen: "Don't know why I thought that would work. Didn't work with Caroline." she sighs, turning so her back is against her locker
Stefan: "Listen, I want to get the Martins on our side. I want to figure out a way for us all to work together now that Elijah's out of the picture."
Aspen: "Good luck with that. They hate us."
Stefan: "It's either win them over or somebody's going to end up dead. You think you can at least convince them to have a civil conversation?"
Aspen: "Do I have to? Even thinking of Jonas' name freaks me out."
Stefan: "I know" he gives her a soft look, gently rubbing her shoulder "But if we can get them on our side then he might be able to give you your powers back."
Aspen: "Alright, fine. I'll try." she sighs
Stefan: "Thanks. Keep me posted."

Luka: "You gonna keep hovering?" he asks not looking over at where Aspen is standing behind him at his locker
Aspen: "I need you to set up a meeting with your dad. Stefan wants to talk to the two of you."
Luka: "For what?"
Aspen: "I take it by now you've realized that Elijah is missing. We might know where he is."
Luka: "Fine" he says after a moment "I'll talk to my dad."
Aspen: "Great" she nods and goes to walk off but turns back to face him "Was any of it real?"
Luka: "What do you mean?" he looks at her a little confused
Aspen: "It doesn't take a genius to figure out that I have little to no experience when it comes to attraction to men" she scoffs a little "But I'd like to think that I'm not that clueless. So was any of it real between me and you. Or were you just using me." she asks and he hesitates for a moment
Luka: "I needed to do whatever it took to get my sister back." he shrugs and she licks her lips a little, looking down at the ground with a nod
Aspen: "Right" she breathes "Then I guess we're even. Meet us at the Grill after school." she walks off with a slightly hurt look in her eyes and he sighs at her retreating figure
