Liz: "Stefan. Hi." she greets him with a smile when she opens the front door
Stefan: "Hi Sheriff Forbes. Is Aspen here? I needed to talk to her about something."
Liz: "Yeah she's in her room. Come on in" she moves out the way so he steps inside and she leads him down the hall "Hey do you know what's wrong with her?"
Stefan: "What do you mean?"
Liz: "Well she said she got up early this morning to go for a run. But if you know Aspen then you know exercising is not her thing. Especially early in the morning. And now she won't come out of her room."
Stefan: "Uh...no. No, I don't."
Liz: "Me either" she stops in front of her door and knocks on it "Aspen. Stefan's here."
Aspen: "I'll be right out." she calls out and with his hearing Stefan hears as she frantically pants behind the door
Stefan: "Can I trouble you for a glass of water?"
Liz: "Yeah. No problem." she nods and walks away and when she's out of his view he knocks on the door
Stefan: "Aspen. Hey you ok?"
Aspen: "I'm fine. I'll be right out" her voice cracks and she looks at herself in the mirror putting on a long sleeve shirt while looking down at the bruises on her arm "What's up?" she questions when she opens the door

Stefan: "Are you okay? I tried to check on you after everything but you weren't here."
Aspen: "Just needed to clear my head a little bit. A lot happened."
Stefan: "Yeah, I know. Thought I should tell you that Katherine's gone."
Aspen: "She's dead?"
Stefan: "Well no. But she's not gonna be a problem for us anymore."
Aspen: "Good." she nods and looks down at the ground
Stefan: "Wanna talk about it?"
Aspen: "There's nothing to talk about. You and Damon always say how she's a manipulative, selfish son of a bitch. She was just being true to her nature" she shrugs "If anything you should be more upset. Isla was your friend who lied to you for years. Hell she even talked to you about Katherine. The only thing she didn't mention was her name."
Stefan: "Yeah, well. Knowing Isla it killed her not to tell me."
Aspen: "Got that right." she mutters looking down at the floor and he gives her a soft look
Stefan: "Wanna ride to school together? We could talk about it some more."
Aspen: "There's nothing else to talk about" she shakes her head, pulling her bag up her shoulder more "I gotta go. See you later. Bye mom." she calls out, rushing out the door and Liz comes over to Stefan with a glass of water in her hands and gives a look to Stefan
