Aaron Hotchner's POV
I'm holding Emily's hand. It's cold.
"I didn't ask. How's going JJ? Is the baby okay?" I ask.
"Babies," Rossi declares.
"Babies?"
"Yeah, twins," Reid says, getting out of his thoughts.
"Are they okay?"
"JJ's worrying about the babies and Emily. She's also very tired. The babies are two months earlier and they are really small."
"What's their name?"
"Jaeden Reid and Hope Reid," he says, happily.
"Can... Can I see them?"
"JJ's sleeping and the babies too. Maybe after. If the nurses aren't doing them some tests."
"When is Emily supposed to wake up?" Derek asks.
"They say it can take a few hours or a few minutes, so I'm staying right here, waiting for her to wake up."
"Do you need something?" Dave asks, getting up.
"No, thanks."
"You should take some fresh air."
"I'm not gonna let her go. I wanna be there when she'll wake up."
I see that everyone's sad. They feel bad about Emily. Even Reid, who's supposed to be happy, because he's the father of two miracle babies!
I let tears fall on Emily's hand. I squeeze it hard. It begins to move...
