Jennifer Jareau's POV

I'm really tired but I can't sleep because I want to know if my babies are okay.

"Do you have names?" Spencer asks, trying to make me feel better.

"I don't know..."

"For the little boy. Henry? Jacob? Oliver? Simeon?"

"What do you think about Jaeden Spencer Reid?"

"I love it! And for our little girl? Sophia? Mary? Olivia? Gail?"

"I really love Hope Jennifer Reid."

"So let's call her Hope Jennifer Reid."

A nurse enters, pushing two hospital cradle. She approaches my bed. The babies are so little.

They are connected to a monitor that captures their vital signs. The nurse takes my little girl, and she gives her to me.

"I can't hold her, I'll break her! She seems so fragile!"

I hold her. The nurse gives me my little boy.

They are so small!

"Welcome to the world Hope and Jaeden," I smile.

I shed tears of joy. The nurse's still there.

"Do you want to take them?" I ask Spencer.

"Uh... Sure."

The nurse helps me, she takes them and gives them to Spencer.

"You'll be a good father."

I smile, and I wipe my tears.

"Are they healthy?" I ask.

"We need to keep them under observation because they are two months earlier."

"How much do they weigh?"

"The little boy is 4 pounds, and the little girl is 3.2 pounds. They're smaller than the average. I'll go out, but I'll come back later to see if the babies are alright."

The nurse leaves. Spencer gives me the babies. Penelope, Derek, and David enter the room.

"You didn't say that you were pregnant with twins!" Penelope exclaims.

"We didn't know!" Spencer responds.

"Congratulation!" Penelope says.

"How Emily's going?" I ask.

"She's in surgery, but she'll survive," Rossi answers.

"So, who are they? Did you give them names?" Derek asks.

"Here's Jaeden Spencer Reid," Spencer says.

"And here's Hope Jennifer Reid," I say.

"They are so small!" Penelope declares.

"I know... They are two months earlier..." I respond.

"When do you have the right to leave?" Derek asks.

"The nurses keep the babies under observation until they reach a normal weight," I answer.

Hotch enters. His eyes seem wet.

"How's doing Emily?" Rossi asks.

"She just went out of the surgery. She's waking up," he responds.

"You can go see her, I'll rest. But Penelope and Derek, would you stay here?" I ask.

I smile to Spencer. And he goes out with Hotch and Rossi.

"Derek, would you be Jaeden's godfather?"

"Sure!"

"And Penelope, would you be Jaeden's godmother?"

"Of course, I want! But who will be Hope's godfather, and who will be Hope's godmother?"

"Don't tell them, but it'll be Emily and Hotch," I say, smiling.

I look at my babies who are sleeping.

"Can you just take them, and put them in their cradle?" I ask.

"Of course," Penelope says.

They put them in their cradle, and they leave. I close my eyes, and I fall asleep, listening to the "beep" of babies' monitors.
