I am going to be rewriting this. I am going to be trimming details, some story lines that either barely moved, and add more content to other chapters/story lines.
Every 20 chapters, I will be hosting a Q&A, so Leave comments with "Question" at the start. I will try my best to answer those questions that are not a repeat.
This will see the story being taken down, so...yeah. I plan to start this.....in the near future. If you want an idea, it's basically how the Ork Chapters combined into longer over all chapters.

Things not Changing
-We are not seeing a change to the over all arrival groups, other than just army sizes, Chapters, Orders, Mechanicus and the Guard Regiments are all the same
-The Inquisition story arc will be kept, but we will see a change in the over all affect (It will be longer, and affect more of the story)
Things that will change
-Eldar.....probably best if I just take them out
-We will see more stuff on the Imperials learning about the Republic and Vice-versa
-Ruusan stuff....just no
Might get more chapters with the groups like the guards and sisters of battle.
