The Clones under Jedi General Kefer Tiwu, and his apprentice Chu Brunn, lead an offense against the droid army in the Galactic North of the Outer Rim, clearing up the pockets of resistance that still existed.
The Iktotchi master was deflecting the blaster bolts, while the Zabrak apprentice moved with a group of tanks, coordinating fire on a that was pinning down a section of the clones with Kefer.
"General, the ships in orbit have detected a incoming mass, the Imperium seem to be coming to aid." the clone captain Clue told the general.
"Good, we will be able to deal with the last vestiges of the separatists together." the jedi explained.
The forces continued to move up, reaching a city.
"General, one of the Imperial Ships is moving into Orbit over the city. Scans show weapons are hot." the captain of the republic ships in orbit said.
"Try to open a line of communication with them, tell them there are civilians in that city." Kefer said, but his comms were founded that it was being blocked. A mix of Valkyrie gunships and Devourer Drop Ships.
Kefer was given a set of binoculars, and looked up, seeing the ship. The Blast fired down on the city, it directly impacted the city. In space, the Republic Venators were suddenly cripped as Lascannons fired through bridge and then the hull, causing the ship to explode.
"What is going on?" Clue asked, confused, before they turned to look towards the direction of the landers and gun ships.
"The Imperium seems to no longer need the republic. Prepare for battle, we need to make sure they have as many of them die here, so the others have a better chance." Kefer shouted, before he looked at Clue.
"Clue, I am putting you in charge of Chu, you two must get off the planet." He told the clone captain.
"Understood General. Commander, we are going to be getting off this world." Clue said.
A group of LA-AT's flew down and landed near the edge of the crater of what was the city. The doors opened and inside were clones.
"Trooper, do you know what is going on? Was there any communication from the Imperium before the attack?" Clue asked.
The Clones remained quiet, before one spoke, "The Inquisitor has requested your surrender."
"The Who? What are you talking about?" Clue asked, before he was shot with a stun blast. A dozen blasts from the others, as they moved between the lines, stunning more clones and Chu Brunn.
Kefer Tiwu turned confused, seeing over half his force stunned, by clones, as four figures walked forward, two with shields and swords, and two robed. Activating his his lightsaber, he leapt down, using the force to land close to strike the group.
The two shield carrying figures separated, as a lightsaber glowed and blocked his own. A second was activated and the robed figure threw off the cloak, showing it was a Jedi....one with a collar, and a brand on their forehead, they looked no older than a padawan, like his own.
"You monster, you will pay for what you have done." Kefer said, taking his stance, looking at the last robed figure, just in time to hear a blast that came from an AT-TE. The jedi knight rushed the figure, hoping to strike the head of the serpant, only for the brainwashed padawan to move in the way, making the knight block the strike.
The Duel was fast, Kefer on the defensive, while the padawan was on the offense.
"You need to break free, you are a jedi! You are a peacekeeper." Kefer shouted.
"Peace keepers due not lead armies, nor do they serve a government. The Jedi are liars who betrayed their own ideals." the padawn said.
Kefer was shocked, he continued his defense, hearing the sound of battle going on behind him. He eventually began to turn the tide of the duel, he tried to disarm the padawan, however, he suddenly was grabbed by something, different than the force, but just as powerful.
He looked at the last figure moved towards him.
"Sholan, your power blade." He stated, holding a hand out.
The padawan, Sholan, flinched, before turning off her lightsabers, and handing the man one.
"Yes, Inquisitor." She said, not making eye contact as she looked down.
The Inquisitor turned on the lightsaber, examining the hilt, before he activated the blade.
"Now, Xenos, I am feeling generous. I have plans, and I may not kill you, however, I am going to need something." the Inquisitor said, moving with such precisions that the tip of the light saber was slowly entering the right horn of the Iktotchi jedi, sending pain through the nerves on the inside of the horn.
"What, is, it?" He asked, clenching his teeth in pain.
The blade retracted and Kefer was pushed to the ground, his lightsaber pulled away by Sholan, and the Inquisitor grabbed his face.
"I require your mind." He stated.
Kefer felt an intense pain, it was as if his mind was not being probed, but rather destroyed, pulled apart by the inquisitor. He tried to resist, but every barrier he tried to put up was burned away. The Inquisitor smiled.
"There we go, accept your face, your mind is mine." He stated, looking down, before moving his hand away, branding a hand into the head of the jedi master, as he moved away.
He began to walk away, when he heard a cough. Slowly getting up, was the padawan. Sholan activated her own lightsaber, as the Zabrak stood up, gripping her own and activating the emitter.
"I..I won't let you get away with this." She said, struggling to stand, her stance loose.
The Inquisitor grinned, just a little bit.
"Crusaders, capture her. I think Sholan will need practice on breaching a resisting mind." he stated.
The Two robed figures pulled blades from their sheathes and lifted their shields. On both sides, they moved and blocked each attempted strike, before with a hard bash, knocked the Zabrak unconscious with the internal gravity field.
The Clones who were stunned, and those who were captured, were brought into the ship, and subjected to the same procedure that broke the others. As for Chu, she was taken to a dampening chamber, that left her disconnected from the force. Kefer however was broken, he would act, but his mind was gone, so Mari was given a chance to try her personality implantation technique.
Elsewhere, a single landing craft would land on a planet. On a world held by an army of droids, the CIS was confident in it's strength. That was however...changed, as a single robed figure accessed the data stream, and made the droid army change who it was lead by. The Leadership of the CIS on the world were suddenly killed, by the droid army, as they droids spoke the same line.
