Santana seemed happier in the following weeks. He and (y/n) went hunting and found some deer to eat, they could have eaten some evil humans, but decided not to. The plum haired child and her guard began training and sparring in the fields outside of town. Many times they returned to the hotel in exhaustion after training hard all night. They were tired but happy. After a shower and a change of clothes, the two would snuggle close together to rest. The much much larger vermillion haired pillar man even was protective in his sleep, his arm was over the small child he was guarding and locked in a vice grip.
(Y/n) did not mind this, as he was just doing what he believed was the right way to protect her. Although, it was sometimes annoying to wake up with her face squished against the broad and muscular chest of her guard. He relaxed a little over the weeks and allowed (y/n) to go walk with Josuke and Okuyasu. She loved the time she spent with her stepbrother. She also loved the time she spent with Santana.

The tiny pillar girl walked by herself through the town. She passed by the alley where she heard voices calling for her. The voices again were calling for her. Voices that were familliar. The voices were calling for her to come into the alley and join them. The child walked away quickly to avoid the alley. The voices called after her to come back. She did not want to go, something felt a little off about that area. She had purchased some snacks from the convenience store and ran back to the hotel.
Her tiny hands were full, so she had her stand knock on the door. The sight of a bladed wing carefully knock on a grand wooden door was a little amusing. Santana opened the door and looked down before looking left and right, he seemed to be searching to see if Caesar or someone else was there. "Just me. Josuke told me to tell you hello.," the plum haired child said as her guard motioned her to come in. Santana closed the door behind her and sat at the desk that was in the room. The splendid wooden desk had papers from the Speedwagon foundation on it, files for him to translate and read over.

(Y/n) picked up one of the files and looked at it. It was a report on her family, pictures of her father and uncles were in the folder. Pictures taken by spies and the picture of the mural. The girl looked at the pictures of her father and her. She looked at the pictures of Wamuu and Esidisi afterwards. She put the pictures into her bag. She sensed Santana look at her, he must have known she would take the picture as he pulled out copies of the pictures and put them in the file.
His scarlet eyes looked at her before looking back at the files. The man made a huff, "I had a feeling you would do that, so I asked them to make copies." The small child hopped up onto the desk. She was put on Santana's lap, "The Speedwagon foundation asked me to cross reference these files and translate some of the documents they found." (Y/n) gave Santana a nod and a smile. Her eyes were closed with happiness before she felt something on her head. She looked up and was met with her guard's lips pressed against her forehead, he went back to work after giving her a kiss. "What was that, Santana?," the child asked. Santana did not look at her as he answered, "A kiss. I thought it was appropriate."

The plum haired girl on his lap giggled, "It was. I don't think I have had a kiss from another one of our species since daddy gave me a kiss when putting me to bed." She saw a slight smile appear on Santana's face before it disappeared. He was happy. That was good. The little girl felt glad that he was happy. They were happy. (Y/n) looked at the pictures that she took from the files. The pictures that the spies took were good. Seeing her father's face again made her happy. Seeing her uncles again also made her happy. The small child longed to hear Wamuu's voice again and to feel the warmth of Esidisi's embraces. To be held by her father again.
A finger pressed into her cheek, "(y/n). Do you want to go walk with Josuke?" Scarlet eyes looked down at the child. She nodded and got off of his lap. Santana leaned down when she beckoned him to get closer. The older pillar was surprised with a kiss to his own forehead and a grin from the tiny child. He watched the child leave before getting back to work on the files.

Little sandal clad feet padded down the road as the tiny pillar girl ran to the high school to look for her stepbrother. Only, she had just missed him. Again. (Y/n) sighed and started walking back. She saw Koichi up ahead and the little girl ran up behind him to grab his hand. Koichi jumped then looked down to the small child, "Good afternoon, (y/n). I have not seen you much since what happened with Rohan." "Santana is just a bit overprotective. He was scared that something else may happen.," the small pillar replied to the silver haired teen, "He let me out to go see Josuke, but I missed him." Koichi smiled, "Josuke and Okuyasu left a little while ago. But, you can walk with me to Josuke's house."
"That sounds fun.," (y/n) said and gripped his hand tighter before letting go, "Want to see some pictures that Santana gave me? He got these from the Speedwagon foundation files." Koichi watched as the tiny child pulled out some very old pictures. On them were large and muscular men. A few had images of (y/n) and a man that looked similar. "Are these pictures of your family?," Koichi inquired and got an enthusiastic nod from the tiny girl. "This one is uncle Esidisi. Daddy and he were friends for a long time. This one is uncle Wamuu, he was raised by uncle Esidisi and Daddy to be a warrior. He was a very powerful warrior.," the child explained as she showed Koichi the pictures.

Koichi took a picture from her hand, "Then this man is your father, Kars." The little girl grinned, "Yes! It's too bad we did not get a photo of him with his hair down. He looked so incredible. A king." The silver haired teen looked at the picture in his hand, he studied the face of the man in the picture. The man's eyes were on (y/n) as she played his hat, his arm was making sure she was secure on his shoulder. Kars was incredibly impressive in appearance. The teen gave the picture back to the little girl. She looked at the picture before placing it back into the bag with the others.
The two walked together before a voice made their blood run cold, "Koichi-kun, (y/n)-san." (Y/n) hissed and let the wings of her stand come out to protect herself. Koichi was also immediately on guard as the mangaka appear from behind the Street map. "Calm down, I'm not going to hurt either of you.," Rohan spoke as he got closer to the two children, "Besides, I admire you, Koichi. I felt it after reading your history thanks to Heaven's Door. We have a lot in common." Rohan had waked forward and was close to the silver haired boy's face. He saw a glint of metal and saw a blade was next to his face, telling him to back off. He took a step back, "I respect your power and history, (y/n)." The girl did not let her stand's wings disappear. Her red eyes watched him carefully.

Rohan motioned to the street map that they stood beside. "I have a question for you, Koichi.," Rohan spoke, "I was born here in Morioh and lived here until I was four. I wanted to find my old home for nostalgia's sake. Plus I need to know where I came from if I am to make more wonderful manga." (Y/n) looked at the street map then to the alley before them. It was not marked on the map. But something else caught her attention, she shape of a woman in a white dress walked into the alley. The little girl heard voices again. Voices calling out for her. (Y/n) looked both ways before crossing the road. She was not interested in what Rohan was saying, her curiosity finally got to her. Even though she could not sense life in there, something was pulling her. The pull was stronger than ever.
(Y/n) peered around the corner of the alley. The area suddenly got dull and greyed out. There was a fog that covered the streets and houses that were in the area. The child's red eyes looked around. "Hello?," she called out, "Was someone calling me?" Her breathing steadied as she looked around, searching for whoever has been calling her for so long. "You've been calling me for a long time now, I am here. So what do you want?," the girl asked out loud to whoever was there, "Why are you hiding? If you called me in here, you should be brave enough to face me."

There was no answer. The little girl clenched her fist, "What do you want?!" Her heartbeat and breathing had sped up. Her little yell echoed around the area. Nobody answered. (Y/n) gripped her little hand over her mother's pendant that she wore. Alone again. Of course. Nobody. Nothing. Alone. She turned on her feet and started to walk back the way she came.

"(Y/n)."

The voice was a woman's. The little girl stopped and fair tanned arms wrapped around her small form. "(Y/n). I'm so happy to be able to finally meet you.," the woman's voice came again as her warmth seeped into the child's back. Her scent was familiar. The same scent that was on the pendant the girl wore. On the headpiece that her father gave her. The plum haired pillar girl's eyes widened as she pieced the information together. The tiny girl was picked up and turned to face the kind and pretty woman's face. She looked similar to Lisa Lisa. Yet her eyes were green and her skin was tanned fair complexion. Her white dress had a sheer veil over it. Her hair was in a braid that draped over her shoulder.
This beautiful woman propped the child up on her hip, a kind smile was on her face. Her green eyes held much love for the child. "You look so much like your father.," the woman spoke, "And you've grown so much since I last was able to hold you." (Y/n) could not help herself and hugged the neck of this woman. This is what she had been missing her whole life. She heard the woman laugh and hold her tighter. "Stellina, Mia stellina.," the woman spoke lovingly to the little girl, "I am so proud of you and everything you have done. I've watched over you through everything. I saw you and the family you have been adopted into."

"Mama.," (y/n) hiccuped as tears dripped from her eyes. Her mother gave her a kiss on the forehead, "It's okay Mia stellina, I'm here. We are here. We always have been." "We?," the red eyed child asked and wiped her eyes before feeling a pat on the back. "The little bunny is crying again?," the rough voice of the hot blooded pillar asked before his laugh rang out. "Not the best time, Esi.," the soft voice of the woman spoke, "Because we have more friends to greet. And showing (y/n) the way out of this relm between the living and the dead."
The woman placed the little horned child down and took her tiny hand, "How about we go say hello to the ones who followed you in?" (Y/n) gave her mother a nod and they walked together to the main strip where they saw Rohan and Koichi with another human girl. Esidisi and Wamuu followed the child and her mother to the small group. The girl that was speaking to Rohan and Koichi motioned to the group behind them, "My dog and I are ghosts, They are ghosts as well."

The green haired mangaka and the silver haired teen looked back and saw the woman and the fallen warriors. There was no reason to hide their horns, for they had already been killed. "Esidisi, Wamuu. And (y/n)'s mother, Ivory!," Rohan said in shock. "You three have walked into the place where I died Fifteen years ago.," the ghost girl spoke, "These three came here to stay until they had enough power to reveal themselves. This is the border between the world of the living and the afterlife, after all. We ghosts have the most power here."
Rohan panicked and took Koichi, trying to run from the place that they were trapped in, not realizing that this void did not have an exit that was easy to find. Esidisi laughed as he watched Rohan and Koichi panic and run around. He was obviously enjoying this. Wamuu on the other hand was letting (y/n) hug his arm and gently returning the child's embraces, he had missed her as much as she missed him. The ghost girl, Reimi, stood with the Warriors as they watched the two panicking humans.

Esidisi had enough of watching the two stumble around and used his veins to pick up and restrain the two. Koichi begged the ghosts not to possess or torture them. Wamuu stood and had (y/n) dangling from his neck as he did, "Why would we do that, humans? There would be no point." "These three are spirits bound to a single person, her. I am a spirit bound to a place. I will explain why if you let me finish my story.," Reimi spoke. Rohan and Koichi had no choice and let Reimi continue. The ghost girl walked to a house, "I was Murdered fifteen years ago and the murderer was never caught. He's still in morioh. That's what I wanted to tell someone. He is still hiding, blending into this town."
"Hold on. You're telling us this why?," Rohan inquired. "I'm not asking you to catch him, I'm asking you to tell someone who can catch him.," Reimi replied, "like the police." "Why should we do anything for you and your personal grudge against him? I do feel bad for your death, but why pull us into this?," the mangaka asked. "Human, are you aware that the disappearance and murder rate in this human settlement is eight times higher than the average for this country?," Wamuu inquired as he had (y/n) on his shoulders. The child was playing with his hair. "Wamuu is right, although not all of them are victims of this murderer, but some of them are.," Reimi spoke, "Murdered by the one who killed me."

"Oi! Don't make baseless claims like that!," Rohan scolded the ghost girl, "How could you know this?!" "Because We see them! The souls of the murdered fly above us!," Reimi shouted back before pulling down the top of her dress to show the horrific wound on her back that killed her. Ivory closed her eyes and looked away, her hand on her stomach. Esidisi put his hand on Ivory's shoulder. Rohan and Koichi were both in utter shock by the wound shown to them. It was long and deep, a cruel death for any human to have gone through.
"For fifteen years, these murders have been going on in secret. He has been getting away with it. It is only when he is finally caught when my beloved Morioh will be known as the place where a serial killer lived!," Reimi's sorrowful voice spoke, "He must be stopped as soon as possible! Even now, he is targeting someone. They are going to die and I can't do anything to stop it. Who, who will be next? How many more before he is brought to justice? If you, the living won't bring the peace back to morioh, then who else will do it?!"

"The smell of death clings to those who are around it the most.," the voice of the plum haired child spoke, "I have smelled death several times during my walks around town. Whether it be a soldier, a mortician or a serial killer. The smell of the dead clings to them as if the souls are begging for answers of why they have not been given mercy." The child was let down off of her uncle's shoulders. Koichi and Rohan had agreed in their own ways to help find the serial killar. That meant that there was no more reason to keep them there, Reimi pointed to the mailbox that had a pile of dog poop next to it, "Walk past the mailbox and take a left, you will see the exit after 20 meters. But there is a rule. You must not look back as you walk to the exit."
"Why?," Rohan asked. Reimi knelt down to pet her dog, "It is the rules. Even Arnold here understands it." (Y/n) watched her friends look to the mailbox and hesitate a bit. Her red eyes looked to her deceased family and she ran back to hug them. Wamuu knelt down, letting her small arms squeeze his neck as best as she could, "We will be here for you. We will always be here for when you need us." Esidisi was given a hug next, his skin was as warm as the summer sun. The dark skinned pillar chuckled as he got a hug, "I kept my promise to you, although, not as intended. You and Santana better behave, little lamb." Ivory gave her daughter a hug last, "We'll always be there. In your mind and in your heart. I love you so much, (y/n). I wish I could have been there for you."

Ivory gave her daughter a kiss to her forehead, "Go back to Santana and your adopted family. Your friends and family need you." The child nodded and walked to the postal box. She ignored the voices she heard as she walked to the exit. She did not stop until she was able to see the street. Koichi was on the ground and Rohan was writing something on the teen's pages. (Y/n) looked back and saw her mother and Reimi behind her, Esidisi and Wamuu was on the roof of the convenience store, watching what was below them.
The girl looked to the sky. The sun was setting. Santana would not believe what just happened. The little girl ran off to the hotel to tell Santana what she had been through.
