~I recently came across a song what describes Ivy and Jokers relationship so well, it's so beautiful. The song is called 'Hurts So Good' by Astrid S. It reminds me so much of Ivy and Joker, it give me chills!~
-JOKERS POV-
I felt satisfied with my destruction.
I did say if Garcia wasn't dead by 12 o clock, I would blow it up- was he dead? No.
I kept my promise.
But I also did it for Ivy, and I knew she was coming home now.
Me and two of my new Henchmen were in my club room, having a drink.
They helped me with hacking into the signals, but I already knew how to do that really.
Just as I was about to refill my glass with whisky, my phone buzzed in my pocket.
I took it out and glanced at the screen.
It was from Frost.
"We're pulling into the drive now, Boss"
I immediately stood up, and my Henchmen followed. They would have to leave with Frost.
I rushed out of the basement, and approached the main mansion doors.
Just as I was about to open them, they swung open quickly from an opposite force on the other side.
And then, I saw her. She was In front of me.
She was so beautiful...but looked so...broken.
She looked at me for a second, then jumped into my arms.
She squealed as she wrapped her legs around my waist.
I held her against my body tightly as she wrapped her arms around my neck, and nuzzled her head in it.
"I've missed you so fucking much" I groaned passionately into her hair, smelling her vanilla scent again.
I felt her kiss up and down my neck.
"Me too...me too" she mumbled against my skin in between each gentle kiss.
I could hear her sniffling, I knew she was crying- and to be honest, I shed a few tears as well.
We stayed like this for about five minutes, enjoying each others hold.
Although, we both hadn't acknowledged Frost and my two henchmen standing awkwardly watching.
I looked up slightly from Ivy's hair, and nodded at them both approvingly, but also motioning them to leave.
They nodded back, then got in Frosts car and drove off.
Ivy hadn't moved. She was still wrapped around my waist, hugging me tightly.
I supported her underneath her legs, then stepped back and closed the doors.
Just as the doors slammed shut, she lifted her head out of my neck and faced me.
"I love you so much" she smirked, but before I could even reply, her lips collided with mine.
I growled against the kiss playfully, and she brought her hands up to my face.
I pulled away slightly for air.
"Come on princess" I grinned, out of breath.
She bit her lip, and I could see little tears in her eyes.
She looked so happy, I didn't know I could have that effect on people...
Once we got into the bedroom, I placed her down on the bed gently, and I hovered over her.
I missed this so much.
God, I missed her so much.
-IVYS POV-
He looked down as he hovered over me.
He seemed to be inspecting my features, and processing my presence again.
When I saw his face in the door way, fireworks exploding inside of me. I felt complete euphoria.
When he saw me, I remember his face lighting up.
I knew he just wanted to kiss me and hold me.
I looked up at him, and smiled. He hadn't said anything for a couple seconds, he was just looking into my eyes.
"Are you okay?"
After my words, he leant down and brushed his lips against mine.
"I am now"
We kissed again deeply, we couldn't resist each other.
He pressed his body against mine, and I could feel his every breath.
His touch was so warm, his smile was so true.
I rolled him over, so I was now on top.
I pulled away, and straddled him.
"Thanks for blowing up a hospital for me" I joked, as I ran my hands down his bare chest.
"Anything for you, princess"
He brought both his hands to my waist, but then placed them where my baby bump once was.
He looked at that place on my body for a couple of seconds, then sighed.
"It was a little girl" I mumbled, taking his hand from my stomach and holding it in mine "I named her Ingrid"
He looked up at me, and gave a sad smile.
His eyes were slowly turning bloodshot.
"Ingrid" he closed his eyes "what a beautiful name"
He tightened his grip in my hand, then breathed out deeply.
"Are you okay Ivy?"
"Yeah...I guess"
"No, are you okay?" He asked again, leaning up.
He was now sat up, and I was still straddling him.
I felt him run his fingertips up and down my back, sending shivers down my spine, sending my mind off course.
"J...I swear...I'm okay now"
"Ivy...your eyes are different...they're darker...it's like there's a winter storm inside each one...you're not okay princess"
I looked down to avoid his loving gaze.
I didn't want to talk about it right now, and I was even more embarrassed that he could notice my unhappiness.
"I'm bound to be sad...but I'll be okay, I promise"
I felt his hand make contact with my chin, lifting it up to meet his icy, blue eyes.
"I'm sad too" he whispered, now moving his hand to the side of my face and caressing it gently.
We stayed silent for awhile, comfortable with each other's presence.
Our foreheads ended up together, and our noses touching slightly.
I can't remember how it happened, my mind was a blur.
"J...can I ask something?" I questioned quietly.
Our faces were so close together, our lips would touch slightly as we spoke.
We enjoyed being close like this, it was intimate but loving.
"Yes Princess?"
"Can we fix up the mansion?"
He pulled away slightly, and chuckled.
"What?"
"Like paint the walls..." I suggested sweetly "and maybe get furniture what isn't dusty"
I laughed at my little joke.
He thought about it for a moment, then tightened his grip around me.
"Let's do it"
