When Harry heard the door slam, he knew that Louis had gone. He made his way to the living area and there he saw Kathy timidly sitting by herself on her couch. He walked lightly to her, sat beside her and place his arms around her. He felt the stiffness from her body. He didn't want to know what happened between the two, but the look upon her face, it looked like it didn't go so well. Light tears started to stroll down her face, but all she did was try to prevent from becoming a paddle of tears. She sigh and wiped her face again, all he wanted was to sit beside her and not let go.
"Get ready Harry" she croaked, "Louis left without so I'll take you back to the penthouse, it will be a good idea to say good bye to the other's as well especially Ally" then she paused.
"Oh do you reckon is a good idea for me to go over there?"
"Why wouldn't it be? your friends are there and am sure the rest will like to see you before we fly out"
Kathy's made way to Harry's hands, and held it tight. Both of their hearts were flickering of relish of love. Both Harry and Kathy was just to run away from all of these. But for the two, they are both smart and they knew perfectly the consequence if they had. If one doesn't have to say it, but thinking it. They knew that being away from each other will be easier for those people who are around them. They have to think of the implication if they did pursue their relationship. All Kathy knew that she would pick Harry.
Kathy sigh and stood up.
"Come on then, get ready"
When Harry got himself ready, he wondered when will be the next time he'll be in this flat. This is basically is home when he's in Sydney. The scented jasmine aroma candles that fills Kathy's flat he'll missed, the way she organised her belongs neatly he'll missed. The way she scatters her drawings on the floor, leaving charcoal pencils marks on her arms and sometimes her face he'll missed. His mind is clouded of how he'll miss her so much. But it's too late, in less than 6 hours he'll be on his way, away from her.
They both made their way down to the under ground cark park, walking side by side on the stairs. For Harry every step that he makes, is another step he makes away from her. His heart was racing and it's the same for Kathy. Her head started to ache, it felt like someone was pricking a small needle inside of her heart. No word from the both of them. Until they reach Kathy's red Audi car, "here we go."
Kathy buckle her seat belt, but as for Harry he sat there contemplating whether to try and make it work. However, this time his heart won, he shifted his body to look at her, and without hesitation he kissed her urgently. With his curious tongue made way inside of her, and she accepted it happily, urgently for more. The touch of Harry's tongue in Kathy's mouth made her whimpered, how she missed the feel of it. Harry's feeling the burning sensation inside of him, he needed her right now. He wanted to take over, he had wished he plucked the courage to kiss her earlier. They felt that they were the only ones in this world, even though they could hear both of their mobile phones ringing, but it didn't matter because they were tongue dancing.
"Why didn't you kiss me earlier?" asked Kathy under their hot kiss.
Harry chose to ignore it, and started to kiss her gently this time. As he pulled back he gaze into her eyes. Those brown eyes that he wants.
"Be with me" said Kathy, "Please"
There was a paused, and Harry looked for encouragement to tell her it's not the right time. He lent to kiss her soft mouth and said:
"You know we can't, not now" he said coldly.
"You kiss me and you tell me we can't"
"You perfectly know why we can't"
"Fine" smug Kathy, and turned on the engine of her car, and heard Harry sighed heavily. She ignored him and turned on the radio instead, "Would I lie to You" by Eddie and Charles filled the car. She remembered that was the song that she was singing along that caught Louis attention back in L.A. She turned the radio off abruptly.
They made their way to penthouse and Kathy hit the clutch sharply.
"Ok have a safe trip"
The tone of Kathy wasn't all convincing that she was happy that he was leaving, he can't leave her like this. He wanted to be in good terms with his love.
"Get out!" she added.
"Can you come up and say good bye to the rest" he pleaded.
"No need, ill shall send them text messages or something that should be enough"
"Don't be like that Kath, please come with me"
They made their way to the penthouse, the lift ride was silent. Harry rubbed his forehead unsure what he can do for Kathy to be more understanding about the situation. Her arms were folded and her sharp eyes were staring on the ground.
The lift door slid open, and Kathy went out first. She waited by the door, as he took his wallet and swiped the card for the door to unlock itself. Both of them heard chattering from the living area of the penthouse, where a couple of pair of eyes made their way.
"No fucking way" said Zayn.
"Why are you two together?" questioned Liam.
There was no sight of Louis anywhere.
"None of concern Liam, I'm just here to say good bye to everyone is that a crime?" said Kathy sarcastically.
Niall and Aidan made their way to Kathy, the two of them held her tight.
"Will miss you kiddo!" said Niall, as he puled back and tousled with her hair.
"Can you not! my hair is already as messy as hell"
It made Aidan laughed quietly to himself and remembered that Louis is the same.
"Take care of yourselves"
"We will" said Aidan.
Ally made her way from her bedroom to the living room and saw Kathy, she couldn't believe it after what has happened she was still here and she was glad to see her friend.
"Kathy oh my gosh" said Ally, as she approach her in a hurry, then hugged her tightly.
"Gosh Ally where have you been?"
"Needed to spent time with my family that's all, but come on ill visit you here and you can come up as well" her lips made way for a genuine smile at her friend.
"I don't know about me going up to L.A though" said Kathy.
Ally choice to ignore it, and linked her arms to her friend and led her to balcony. They sat watching the view of the harbour, it was a cold after noon, but the sunshine was still beaming through their faces.
"How'd it go?" asked Ally curiously.
"No so good Ally," Kathy went to tell what has happened last night, between her, Harry and Louis. Also she filled her in what happened this morning quietly.
"My gosh! fate moves in a mysterious ways huh"
"I know so many fucking bars in Sydney and it happened it was the same bar that we are at. But it's OK. Louis said that he's glad we're over because he's too good for me"
"Oh shut up - no way he said that" Ally was stunned to hear such words from Louis, he knew that he would of done anything to be with Kathy, for him to say that - Ally thought it was a way for him to move on perhaps?
The two caught up and discussed the plans, Ally told her the wedding plans and how she asked Kathy to be one of her bridesmaid. At first Kathy contemplated if she does, she knew that Louis would be the best man for Liam but why would she decline such invitation from her friend. The glass door slid and both girls glance that way and saw Niall.
"Kathy, Harry said he would like to see you in his room" he whispered across from the balcony.
Kathy looked at Ally and Ally nodded at her with a widely smile.
She walked towards Niall, and he whispered into her ears that she go in quietly while every one is down stairs having a smoke.
"Louis down stairs too?" she asked quietly.
"Aye, Zayn and Liam doesn't want him to know that you are here. Liam said that you should be gone by the time they come up." said Niall sympathetically.
