The skies were bright blue here in this dimension room. The calm wind was heard for the first time and all the other two could feel was relief. Two huge mountains were facing each other. Each mountain had three doors and on top of the mountain had numbers.
On the mountain, George exited there was number 13 which was their number. On the other mountain, there were 2 which was probably another team's number. George's team came out all at once together with the other team that came out at the same time they did.
Everyone immediately took out their items of choice when they saw the opposite team. The six looked at each other furiously. On the other team, there were two boys and a girl. The girl was blond and had green eyes like Kassie or Drista, the two boys had black hair but different colored eyes.
That was brown and blue.
No one dared to speak a word and George just kept his hands inside his pockets clenching his flashlight. The same robot popped up in front of them and twisted its body as if it was celebrating. "Oh, how wonderful! You all have passed the past three rooms! For now, there is a total of eighteen players who are alive!" It said and the screen on its chest lit up and read:
【Total players before: 60】
【Total players after: 18】
The robot showed the screen to the two groups and everyone saw the differences in the numbers. George stared at the screen showing no expression of getting surprised. The number of the total victims of death was obvious. This wasn't the second door in the main game for nothing.
On the other hand, everyone surrounding him had their hearts pounding fast and jaws dropped. The robot grinned, "The remaining eighteen players are all in the arena going on a 3 v 3 just like this one! Through that door!" The robot said and twisted its head in 360 pointing its fingers a few meters away from the middle.
There was a huge door and a screen on top that had a [00] number. "Through that door is freedom. Each team must fill that number with theirs. The only way to do that is to kill all members of the other team with a separate number! Here are the rules for this room—
One. Violence, death is allowed. Abilities can be used and also weapons.
Two. It doesn't matter how many are alive in the remaining team number. As long as all members in the other group with the separate number are eliminated. For example in team A. Only two members survive but all team members in team B are dead. That means team A shall win with one player dead and two remaining.
Three. A player is not allowed to sabotage their team. That will only result in being eliminated.
Four. Admitting defeat does not do anything. Players are forced to kill in this round for one team to survive" the robot finally finished as its body disappeared into particles mixed in different colors.
A child's voice spoke in the atmosphere. "Players! Please attack the opponent team! Take your pick!"
George didn't move a single bit and he only watched as his other teammates find their opponents. Jake picked out the girl and Nick picked out the guy with blue eyes. They left George with the one with brown eyes. He glanced at the guy from afar and saw his opponent.
His opponent immediately took out some ninja stars and started throwing them at George one by one. George easily dodged the stars and brought out his flashlight and pressed it two times. He cut the starts in half easily and looked at his opponent calmly.
The opponent came in rushing to him about to throw a punch. George was about to grab his arm but he saw that his opponent disappeared. Whoosh! He ducked his head down to the ground and looked up behind him and saw the same opponent disappearing again when he was about to swing his flashlight.
George immediately got up and was met by a punch on his cheek and he immediately grabbed the one who punched him on his cheek and twisted his wrist. His opponent screamed and George stabbed the guy with his knife in the chest but it only disappeared after like smoke.
"You got the wrong one," the guy said behind him and he threw a quick punch behind him and backed away and only saw him disappear again.
"No. Wrong one!" Another said. George grabbed the arm of the upcoming bunch and shoved it to the floor grabbing the ninja star from the floor and throwing it at his skull.
"You're so bad," another one said directly stabbing George on the shoulder and pulling it out making George hiss in pain. George looked behind him and stabbed the one who stabbed him using his flashlight. All of this happened in less than ten seconds.
This was the first time George was finding it very hard to kill an opponent and get seriously injured. This went on for the last two minutes with the guy disappearing into smoke and popping up behind him again. Stabbing George and George injuring him back.
George looked at the others and saw they were struggling as well. Especially Jake who was close to dying. "..."
He was now understanding the power of his opponent. "You can create mirages" he breathed wiping away the blood from his mouth glaring at the man who was panting.
The man laughed, "You finally understood. Took you long enough"
The opponent disappeared again right at the moment George was about to attack him with his ice shard ability. George sensed the upcoming ninja stars behind him so he used his time warp ability to stop them. He grabbed two of the ninja stars and threw each at the mirage behind him.
George looked down and saw a mirage get below him and slice George's skin on the leg. Then his opponent disappears again. "Damnit how is he not dead yet?" George immediately used his ice shard ability for fifteen straight seconds at the real opponent behind him.
He knew this because of the tone of his voice. Each mirage had the same voices. It was all low and quiet. Yes, he had enough patience to notice the slight difference. However when it came to this guy. It was filled with annoyance and his tone of voice of a furious human.
As expected this one didn't disappear. Except in fifteen seconds, George kept shooting him everywhere in the body until he was coughing up blood. He didn't stop until he was dead. If he would let him go he would create more mirages to stop him.
After a couple of seconds. Three announcements were heard.
"Ordinary Player 404 has successfully eliminated Ordinary Player Quanda"
"Ordinary Player Sapnap has successfully eliminated Ordinary Player Xaro"
"Ordinary Player Lisinda has successfully eliminated Ordinary Player Jake"
George guessed that the guy code named Sapnap was probably Nick who killed Xaro who was the blue eyed guy. George and Nick both glanced at Jake who was on the floor covered in blood and Quanda who was looking at her teammates in disbelief. Her eyes were saying, 'How weak'.
Looking at her eyes. Lisinda was probably weak. But she was just stronger than Jake. Throughout the game, George had never. Believed in Jake and his capabilities. Jake was weak. But George was almost sure he could defeat her.
George grabbed the close ninja star and faced Lisinda. He threw the ninja star at Lisinda as it went flying through the breeze. Lisinda wasn't paying attention and was just looking at Jake who she just killed proudly. She suddenly looked behind her and saw the upcoming ninja star.
George was surprised that she even suspected the upcoming weapon but it was too late. He had already killed the girl. "Ordinary Player 404 has successfully eliminated Ordinary Player Lisinda"
Nick who didn't see that coming, "..." This guy was crazy! Nick grinned excitingly and glared at George who was more focused on the door numbers that changed into [13]. George sighed calmly placing his flashlight in his pocket and glanced at Nick who waved at him grinning because they had won.
A child's voice rang in both ears, "Team 13 has won the battle in this dimension! A total of seven players had survived after the 3 v 3. All may leave the second door!"
George got surprised that seven players even survived. He was sure that at least five will only survive but it was seven. That didn't change George's relief. He placed his hands on his pockets and walked towards the door with Nick who followed from behind and exited the door leaving the blooded players in the dimension.
【September 2, 2020. San Diego, 9:10 pm】
Nick and George were outside the monument and Nick was rambling about how amazing George was in his perceptive while George was just looking at his identity. "You were totally badass back there like.." This fire idiot was not going to stop and George was slowly losing it!
George was now at level 38. He was slightly surprised when he saw how his level upgraded at such a fast rate in just one main game. Before he played door number two. He was just at level 29. That added nine levels and he would need so much experience to get that.
He came back to his senses and only heard Nick ramble more. Nick gasped when he finally finished. "Hey by the way. Me and my friends have an organization run by a person. I really can't tell the name sorry but based on your skills you should be a great member of it!" He said and George leaned against the wall confused.
George furrowed his eyebrows, "What would convince me to join this organization? How can I say you won't torture or kill me?" He muttered coldly.
Nick placed his fingers on his chin, "Tough question; not surprised but we wouldn't. Unless that cold crazy powerful bastard gets out of control but you should be fine. Anyways do I look like the type to kill an innocent human being that kills for my satisfaction?" Nick said grinning awkwardly while George just stayed silent.
George, "If that's the only thing you can think of. I'm dropping this convo"
Nick shook his head raising a finger, "Second! We also give some information about Eliminate! Our organization has a few members and we make sure they're capable of gathering info! You see our organization does its best to find out the truth behind Eliminate" he said while his voice slowly becomes a mumble.
George thought about it carefully. The organization seemed real and he did want some information about the truth behind Eliminate. He also would want to know how Eliminate works also to get his level to 100 if it was possible.
He looked at Nick and sighed, "I'll try but on one condition" he said his voice serious.
Nick's eyes suddenly lit up in excitement. George spoke again, "I'll have to bring a teenage girl that is 13 years old. She has a great ability and was the reason I got you healed back in the second mission" he muttered with his voice still having no emotion.
Nick nodded, "As long as you trust her! That's fine! Here's the address. Make sure no one's following you," he said bringing out a plain white card and giving it to George. The brunette carefully grabbed the white card and placed it in his pocket.
He suddenly felt someone was watching them and looked at the buildings and saw someone in a black hoodie watching them closely. When George saw him the man immediately went back in the shadows. Nick noticed the man and grinned, "Welp that's my call. See ya!" He said and ran towards the man who was looking at them.
The man seemed to be one of the members of the organization Nick was talking about based on his reaction. George also thought that it was just his friend and looked at the card Nick gave him.

George, "..." Is this some kind of quest or what?
