[Afterstory]•day off

Snow's pov.

"Ray?" I called out to the ravenette who's reading a book beside me.

It was one of those happy simple day off that we had and while emma and norman decided to spend the day together, im stuck with ray who decided to read under one of the trees.

"What?" The 16 year old asked as he flipped another page.

"What the hell are you reading?" I asked trying to peek at the book he was reading but to my surprise he quickly closed it before standing up.

He looked a bit flushed as he lent his hand infront of me, i didn't waste time and grabbed it,standing up beside him with a curious look on my face.

Just what the hell is he reading?..

"Let's go back inside" he stated before grabbing my hand pulling me to the house as all the kids ran around the vast fields.

We still had matters we need to fix here at the demon world, we also had matters to fix at the human world so we have been moving back and forth the two worlds lately. Well mostly around the demon world. We've only been at the human world a few couple times and the only places we've been to is the area around the ratri's control.

Some of the people that sided with peter ratri are still against us and since emma wouldn't allow me to Just freeze their brains out its been pretty tiring to be honest.

The kids are staying at gracefield at the moment and im glad the whole place are enough for all the kids and the grownups to live in.

"MAMA!!" I shouted at the black haired female that's holding a child beside her.

She turned to ray and me as i quickly pulled ray to her direction. Its been a while since the last time that i spoke to her. She's as busy as ever being a grandma and this is one of the rare days that she doesn't have much to do.

"Welcome back my child.. how's the journey?" She asked as she smiled sweetly.

I smiled in content. She finally get to do what she always wanted to, to love us normally. She turned to ray still with a smile to which he only looked away muttering a 'good' under his breath as an answer.

I elbowed his side harshly and that sent him down to his knees holding it while he glared at me.

"It was great mama! You should've seen it! The human world has a lot of big houses!" I said enthusiastically at her to which she only giggled.

Im already sixteen this year and so is ray.

"That's nice sweetie... goodluck on your next trip ok?" She said before kissing our heads, walking away as she waved goodbye.

Looks like she has business to attend to.

"Owwie~" i spewed out as i rubbed my head after ray hit me.

"Damn that hurts.." he stated as he still rubbed the part where i elbowed him earlier.

I only snickered at him before walking away to the inside of the house.

There's not much kids inside since they're busy playing outside and doing some chores.

We already built a few more houses around the plantation to fit all the kids that we gained through wrecking the other farms.

I scurried to the babies room since by this time they should be waking up from their afternoon nap and they seriously looked very adorable to be honest.

As i arrived some of the sisters have already carried a few of the babies. They headed outside to play with them around the grasses.

"Hi sister claire!" I beamed a smile as she crossed my path holding up one of the two year olds.

"Oh! Hi snow! Welcome back, you're just in time~ jake has just woken up."she stated as she carried the raven haired toddler.

I beamed as the toddler stared at me.. does he remember me?

"S-" i stared intently at him as he tried spewing out a word.. i-is he gonna say my name?

Sister claire stared intently at the toddler as he tried to say something.

"Hey snow-" ray called out as he round the corner

"Sss-MAMA!"

The three of us froze as we stared at jake holding his arms out for me to carry him.

"EHhH!??!?" I screamed as i smiled widely snatching him away from sister claire.

Omy gosh omy goshhh!?!? He called me mama!!!

"Say it again say it again!" I beamed cheerfully as i turn around while the toddler giggled.

"Mamaaa~" he cooed to which i giggled hugging him tight.

"D-did you hear that ray?! He called me mama!!" I giggled as i came close to him to which he only ruffled my hair smiling softly at my happy face.

"Papa!"

W-wha?

"H-he called him papa..?" Sister claire said as she tried to stop her laughter at ray's flushed face as he quickly snatch the toddler from me.

"What was that jake?.. say it again." He said as he tried to get jake away from my hands.

"Ray! Give him back!" I giggled as i tried to get the dizzy child away from him.

"No no nooo~ say it again jakee!" He said casually as the child giggled back at him.

"Come to think of it, he looks exactly like ray with his spiky hair... but his face has soft features like snow's... oh! And his eyes are blue like snow's.." sister claire spewed out her thoughts as she smiled at us.

We stopped,staring at the said toddler as he giggled smiling at us.

"Oh.. he's like our own secret child." Ray said blankly as he turned to me.

H-how can he say that easily?

"E-eh?!" I scrambled as i felt all of my blood rush up my face.

I-i mean.. i dont mind having a baby with him- WHAT THE HELL AM I THINKING!?

"Enough of the flirting" sister claire said as she laughed at us before grabbing the toddler away.

"It's time for his snack so we have to go now.. see you later." She said as she smiled at us waving good bye.

I sighed as i smiled back waving goodbye.

"So?.. do you want to have our own secret child?" He said blankly in an attempt to tease me.

"Yeah sure why not?"

Hey guysss credits to the owner of the actual idea of that mama scene. I think i saw a comic like that with emma and norman . I think it was super cute and i cant help but to add it up!!!

Seriously tho im not the only one who thinks carol could actually be emma and norman's secret child hihihii.

Personally i really think emma is carol's sister.. like dude watdafok its a total carbon copy.
