Synopsis:

Impressions: Got this from yuki_naru in NU forums~~ She was looking for the title while describing the novel and I became interested so I camped in for the answer~~

So our MC got pushed down the stairs by his brother then woke up in ML's bed. They live in a thatched house right across a pig pen. MC is confused and tries to figure out his situation while ignoring the hollering woman in the background. ML comes to the rescue then explains things to him. (MC claims amnesia). MC transmigrated into ML's male wife. Now, our ML is very very bullied in his family that he ran away from home when he was young.

When he came back, there was no more room in the house and they made him live in the thatched house. A fortune teller came and said that a man will show up later and ML must marry him for the prosperity of the village. ML evil stepmom convinces ML Dad to follow the fortune teller and so our ML marries the original then MC transmigrates over.

MC understands and feels bad for ML. He can also see how the stepmom is targeting ML and him so he proposes to move out. Our ML Stepmom and Dad are really shameless!! And almost didn't want to give ML anything (land, money etc.) using his siblings as excuses and then, using the same excuse, even wants ML to give THEM money instead. Anyway, MC & ML move out in the end with some help of good neighbors. MC always remembered their help, then helped them back later.

After separating, MC & ML starts their life~ MC can find business opportunites everywhere. He opens a small restaurant that became famous that someone even wanted to steal the recipe. ML reveals his martial arts (woo! cool!) and offers to teach MC cultivation. ML shameless family comes for trouble from time to time.

About ML family, he gets along with his siblings 3rd, 4th and 5th brother (5th brother is a scholar) and their only sister. He doesn't get along with his father and stepmother and his 2nd brother who is lazy and spoiled (He's like a parasite).

MC and ML life is getting better and better and they open a second, much bigger restaurant. They also get along better~ and MC gives ML a chance 💕 After they fall inlove with each other, MC tells ML about the magical space and his previous life. ML has also told MC about his past/what happened to him after he ran away. #spoiler ML is a retired general. There's a flower in the space that grows when MC & ML water it. (future little buns!) Anyway, MC & ML became more lovey dovey and more rich. When the little buns came out (twins!), they look similar to ML & MC and they introduce them as their sons.

Laters, ML was called back to the capital by the Emperor and his General identity was revealed. MC and little buns goes with him and mingle in the capital~ getting rid of ML's peach blossoms. MC/the original's identity was also revealed, which is from a long line of medical practitioners. He was also plotted against by his brother cos only one can inherit their family's medical book. MC doesn't agree to go back to his family cos he knows that it is the original's family, not his. ML goes to war, MC joins him later and they go back victorious. Laters, they want to resign but Emperor sends them first to re-build a town. After completing that, they went back to their hometown.

About MC's pets, they have a wolf, a bear and an eagle. Wolf is the one who gave the magical space to MC in the previous life. Every time he advances in his cultivation, something will happen. This time, MC and family gets sent to MC's original world. MC revenges on his brother, the little buns makes movies (child superstar XD) and MC & ML goes in a second honeymoon~~ After Wolf advances again, they went back to ancient times and back to their hometown~~ The End.

I like the poor-to-rich in ancient times~~ MC doesn't really use the magical space all that much except for the spices and for using the spring water to water their trees/plants/vegetables. There's no dogblood, ML family is at best, annoying and MC always has a way to pack them up so its fun to see him toss them. ML is a doting ML~ He can't even stand his wife silent treatment and would immediately admit his wrong XD Loyal dog! Having pets and little buns are a plus for me for additional fluff!!

Although there's cultivation, they only touched it a little bit for their daily life like they can withstand the cold, use spiritual knowledge to spy on their enemies sometimes (ML only did it twice), uses artifacts to detect poison (for the little buns) etc. so the settings doesn't overwhelm the story. The restaurant (but no overly flowery description of food tasting), the magical space and cultivation are just there, but not the main focus. It's still poor-to-rich then laters, MC & ML family life. It's a bit long (200+ chapters) but you don't really feel it cos it has a nice pacing~~

Try this for warm family life in ancient times.
