Impressions: This was a somewhat serious(?) entertainment circle novel. I've read Superstar Aspirations, and its similar to that, only MC rebirth as himself. Also, this doesn't have as much faceslapping~ XD

So our MC is a beautiful vase. (can't act) but since he's so pretty he got many offers although his acting skills weren't good. Later, he got together with a slag man, this slag man consumed his popularity by making him take many bad films. He also didn't have time to practice so his acting skills is slow to improve. Laters, there was an accident and our MC got disfigured with fire. He became ugly and slag man pretended to still love him. MC is already satisfied with this and feels like he can't ruin slag man so he broke up with him.

Then he continued to improve his acting skills taking small roles, villains, cannonfodder etc. During this time, a Film Emperor was helping him. Laters, he found out the truth that the fire was arranged by slag man and slag man discovered that he was investigating and planned to kill him. MC used slag man's plan and both of them died in the fire. Before dying, he realized that he has feelings for Film Emperor ML. Then he rebirths back to his youth when he was still pretty~~

How to say this... in this novel, you can really feel the 'butterfly effect'. After rebirth, MC chose to audition for a second male lead role instead of a cannonfodder. He met ML early and affected ML's choices so the TV series became different from his past life. He also saved a friend who was supposed to commit suicide. MC has a very capable agent, and he's like a designated character to explain the ins and outs of entertainment circle, the logic of MC's choices etc., and prevents MC from over relying on his knowledge of the future.

But aside from future knowledge, MC's golden finger is still his acting skills that he honed for many years. I actually think that MC still feels inferior cos of years of being ugly like he didn't dare think that ML might like him or he thought that his agent must've bought him many hot searches that's why he became popular overnight. (MC's agent just bought at the start, the rest were all true fans)

MC also finds more breakthrough in his acting skills cos of encountering different directors in this life etc. After rebirth, MC continues to grow~ ^_^ ML is there like a constant presence, he seems a little bit too perfect. Lol. (ML is a 'warm' man) And it was revealed that MC was his first love when he was still in highschool (it was just one-sided love, MC didn't even know he existed) so that might be why he helped MC in the past life.

Anyways, more happenings, more movies and in the end, #spoiler MC & ML came out in public and filmed a gay movie together~ Laters, they were accepted by the public.

Extras is ML's life after MC died in the past life (He remained single until he died) and then slag man having dreams about MC and him in the past life (He felt regret) and the last one is the present life, and ML suspecting MC cos of  his future knowledge and his fear of fire but in the end, he didn't ask and just silently comforted MC (too perfect!) In the end, MC never confessed his rebirth to anyone~~

This was actually very good. Not much fluff and faceslapping isn't that much compared to other revenge novels but it's very well-written. Those who like rebirth entertainment circle should like this~
