Synopsis:

A botched rescue mission with an unknown objective cost Zhou Yu his team members, while leading him progressively closer to the multinational biotech corporation Juli's research core.

In order to protect his botanist younger brother Zhou Qing, Zhou Yu accepted employment under the Juli Corporation, and is dispatched to a parallel world—Nibelungen.

Nibelungen's biological systems are completely different from the world Zhou Yu is from. To live in this place, Zhou Yu must follow three great laws:

The first law, fear is the sign of the hunted, so you must never show fear.

The second law, the more beautiful an organism is, the more dangerous they are. Do not approach them, and do not trust them.

The third law, do not be misled by the mimicry of S rank organisms. They understand your mind, and they know how to entice you. Always remember that they have no human emotions or love. All humans are no exception to them.

Finally: We wish everyone can live happily in Nibelungen.

Impressions: This is so beautiful (╥_╥) I'm thinking of MTLing the author's other works. The world setting is awesome! And I'm really grateful to translator-sama for picking this up. I like the MC, he isn't fearless, but he's calm and rational but also not cold, he still cares for some things like his brother, his companions, our ML. Actually, I like almost the characters here, they aren't wooden (?), and they stand on the MC's side on their own way. (Don't underestimate the IT guy!) Probably the most complicated guy here is Song Zhi, he reminds me a bit of Ichimaru Gin, playing the bad guy and sacrificing so much. Good thing its still HE!! Although the novel took me on a bit of a rollercoaster wondering if my CPs won't live happily ever after, but its all good on the end. This has a lot of battle(?)/confrontations. And humans are really evil and greedy sometimes~~ Especially when ML also told MC the 3 Laws of Survival for the S-class creatures since humans came to their world, that is don't yearn for humans cos they are selfish, hypocritical or have their own interest. In a way, the creatures of that world are much more honest/simpler.

I was wondering if the MC was shou or gong cos he's very very masculine and even in kisses, he and ML are always fighting for dominance. So yes, I also like that our MC is very manly!! #spoiler It's too bad that they completely cut-off contact with that other world, but I also think its for the best. In the extras, MC is solving the problems in the human world brought about by the research on the other side. I like MC and ML's interactions, they aren't mushy, they just get along naturally. Originally, I like ML's night spirit personality, very meng and loyal and I was a bit turned-off that it was all deliberately created to get closer to MC (but then ML explained that for him MC is his only 'Law' so what MC likes, he will automatically fulfill it) but then ML's willful personality works too since they complement each other~~ Again, this is so beautiful, I'm off to visit author-sama's other works ヽ(*≧ω≦)ﾉ
