Impressions: It's quick transmigration but not world hopping, its somewhat futuristic, there is a holographic technology that lets you have an immersive movie experience by directly entering the show (like QT), MC is interested in horror movies (which is unpopular cos everyone wants to enter romance movies plus, yeah, its scary), and he was the first to enter a horror movie and was even able to live till the very end. I like it cos the focus is more on the horror movie itself, anyway, MC's goal everytime is to survive and unravel the plot of the horror movie. Scenes with ML are far and few in between (but they're sweet 💛). He just secretly guards over MC, but he doesn't give out spoilers on the film/doesn't help him solve it. I like that the descriptions are scary (duh!), I just finished reading it and I can say that all arcs have their own scary and creepy parts, its easy to imagine the scenes and scare yourself XD After the MC 'survives'/reaches the ending of the horror movie, there would be a rerelease of the new movie with the MC's changed ending. It's funny cos the audience would always be fed dog food of ML's protectiveness to MC or MC and ML flirting with each other, that they would even forget that this is a horror film. XD ML's identity was revealed at the last arc. Although it was somewhat glossed over it explains why he likes to be a ghost. Also explains why MC's mom was hiding it from MC. (Actually, my brainhole was too big and my theory on ML/MC's past went off on a completely different direction, the plot twist on the novel is much more harmless~) The extras are two movies that MC went to, (one is a romance film and the other is a banned movie) that was not included in the main text. This was when MC and ML hasn't been together yet, (MC still didn't know ML's identity) so it was funny that a good romance movie became a ghost movie because of ML XD It's a 4 for me cos I like the horror aspects, plus the sugar bits from the MC & ML~~ Gonna look for more horror danmei after this~~
