Impressions: Found my inspiration to MTL again! So our MC is a horror game anchor, he was invited by a fellow anchor to play a horror game then somehow ended up inside it. Okay... take note, this would be full of spoilers. I like our MC, he's calm and knowledgeable, the only drawback is the weak physical strength, whether it comes to running away from ghost, fighting off enemies or when the enemy is choosing who to attack, he always gets chosen (cos he's the weakest) Lololol. He also has a BFF/sidekick/partner, lil Cotton Candy who invited him to play the game. I love the friendship between this two little shous. They have tacit understanding and would often banter nonsense with each other (especially when they're scared)  XD XD XD They also would not leave the other behind~~~ Especially touched when lil Cotton Candy pretended to be an expert at doll-catching so that MC would take his egg, but actually, he also sucks at it like MC, he just didn't want MC to lose the game/be eliminated. I thought he would be the shou of a side CP with one of ML's teammates but that never happened~~~ For our ML, hmm... he has so many identities!!!! Got a bit tired of all the 'plot twist' happening, the 'truth' would be revealed then laters, the real 'truth' would be revealed... I kinda wanted them to stick to one explanation~~~ Our MC first noticed our ML cos he looked exactly like MC's childhood friend who died 7 years ago saving MC.  Our ML is cold and aloof, Captain of #1 team. Then they happened to enter the same instance and ML saved MC. Then ML got amnesia and became a cute guard dog of MC. So meng! So adorable! My favorite kind of ML ♥ Then he regained his memories and became cold again to MC, but he would still save him. Then he became the 'Abyss Demon' which is the last BOSS/ultimate enemy and carried off MC to his castle. Then he became childhood friend which actually did not die but was vegetative for 7 years and all of this was happening inside his brain. There was this part where MC was shown an illusion of what would've happened if ML didn't die 7 years ago. He and ML would be together, going to the same school, living in the same house etc., life is perfect. But MC chose to leave. This illusion actually happened twice and MC chose to leave both times cos he says that he's moved on from childhood friend. I thought this was good and all, but ML turned out to be childhood friend!!! In the end, when MC was going to leave 'the Abyss world', he made a promise to ML that he would release the other Players then he'll come back and live in an illusion with ML. I was like ????  Nani???? Before MC would rather choose painful reality than happy illusion but now he's choosing the illusion....? Well, I understand that its to be together with our dearest ML so its okay, I guess. Then they go back to the real world but ML vanished (no dead body). MC forgot about the 'Abyss' but slowly remembered it. Laters, he thought he was going crazy seeing ML everywhere but when he almost got in an accident, ML really showed up! Turns out, ml woke up but was weak and now, he's in a wheelchair so he didn't want MC to see him. Laters, he and MC lived together just like in the 'illusion'. Actually during the last Extra, they were bantering with each other whether they were still inside an illusion cos ML got a track record of tricking MC. Which sorta made me think, what if...? Lol. Inception feels. But then again, in the end, it wouldn't matter cos MC would be willing to accompany ML whether inside an illusion or real life.

Hmm... this got a lot of 5 stars on NU so I really thought this would be one of my faves but I still like To be a Heartthrob in a Horror Movie and Welcome to Nightmare Game more. XD XD XD I guess I like protective MLs more~~
