Impressions: Was kind of getting tired MTL-ing Chinese novels so I went reading Korean novels for awhile (I finished The Novel's Extra and started on Book Eating Magician) then I went MTL-ing JAP BL instead. （＞ｙ＜）

So our MC is sick with a heart disease and living in the hospital then he starts dreaming of a Prince living in another world. Meanwhile, otherworld Prince (ML) also starts dreaming of MC. This continued on for 3 years. When MC collapsed in the hospital with no one around, he asked for helped from ML using their otherworld language. This surprises ML cos he thought it was one-sided viewing on his part. He summons MC to the otherworld. Then they get together~~ And use magic to cure MC step by step then their daily life together~~

I love the isekai setting~ Like they have their own time/calendar (1 leaf, 1 tree, 1 forest etc.). Also, how our MC's taste buds differ from the people of the Otherworld. Like something that taste sweet to them is spicy to MC etc. and how they slowly test out edible foods for MC. Magic also plays a huge role. They cure MC slowly by absorbing ML's magic power through snu snu（//･_･//) *cough* bodily fluids *cough* I like the guardian magic that they introduce laters, where a flower (tattoo) will bloom on their bodies. (Kinda reminds me of I Don't Want to be a Crown Princess~).

Aside from their fluffy "sweet, erotic and happy everyday life", we also get some royalty issues like ML being plotted against cos he's the Eldest Prince and some society hierarchy(?) problems like there was some people in their kingdom who have no human rights (MC saved them in the end). There were also the side CP love story~~

Overall, each chapter was short so it just took me 1 1/2 day to binge read that 100+ chaps. Also, lots of snu snu. Hahaha... if you like that~ MC took more than half the novel to get cured~~ (*´∀'*) Also, ML (and everyone else) is very doting to MC so this is also very fluffy.  If you like the isekai feel but tired of Middle Age/Europe setting then you can try this. ^^
