Our MC is the eldest son, the protagonist is his step-brother (his dad remarried). MC has a boyfriend but boyfriend doesn't like him and likes the protagonist instead. White lotus protagonist doesn't want to hurt MC (bleh) so he and boyfriend sneak around MC and have relations. MC despairs when he finds out, gets into an accident. gets saved by a crippled and disfigured guy and falls inlove with him. MC is hurt from previous luv and crippled guy is well, like that, so they both don't say anything. Laters, ex-boyfriend comes, MC's saviour is his father (not really). He sees MC and throws him off the cliff. MC waits for ML to rescue him, but he waited and waited until 15 years later and ML didn't come. Afterwards, MC has a long dream where he is the cannonfodder, step bro is the protagonist, slag boyfriend is the protagonist's gong, and also NOT the son of ML. ML was waiting to reveal the truth but I guess he died before that and slag gong inherited all his property.

MC rebirths to his birthday and white lotus protagonist and slag gong were still sneaking behind his back. He exposes their true faces to everyone and breaks up with slag gong; then he goes to find ML to prevent the accident that turned him crippled. MC saves ML, ML is grateful to MC, they get along and MC decided to cash in ML's promise to agree to anything as his thanks to MC. MC asks for 3 years of marriage with ML. In the previous life, they fell inlove in just one year but they never said anything, he's confident that he can make ML fall for him again and if even after 3 years, he didn't succeed, then he was willing to stay as a friend. ML agrees and MC faceslaps slag gong and white lotus again~~ ML falls for MC, they have a baby, announce the truth that slag gong is not his son then live happily ever after~~~

I like that MC's focus after his rebirth is to be happy with ML. It's just that slag gong and white lotus keeps brushing their faces, wanting to slapped so MC has to faceslap them~~ ML really cares for MC, thinks he's a distressing little guy so he would dote on him. He tried to resist at first cos he's afraid that MC is too young and might regret it later but he didn't hold up against MC's offensive ^_^ I also feel bad for MC cos he lived in a cave for 15 years (in the previous life) and I think, he became blind so when he rebirth, it seems like his sense of smell was carried over with him that's why in this life, he became talented in perfume and aromatherapy. Poor MC T_T He never told ML about his past life cos he didn't want him to feel bad for him. White lotus and protagonist gong got their just desserts, MC and ML didn't even lift a finger. They just listened to their bad news; and live their life happily~~ The 2 extras are their life with their 3 little buns.

Like I said, this was more of the soft and warm fluff~~ Not much faceslapping on the later chaps cos white lotus and slag gong didn't show up in front of MC and ML again. There are other interesting characters and side CP but they weren't given much airtime~~ I like the author's style but most of his works are QT or ongoing or drama. Will maybe try one of his QT if I can't find a next read~~~
